Typically who is supposed to ask that gurl... now that I am at a college level the girl or the boy?

Call me old-fashioned, but i'd be slightly worried about a girl who asks me out, just out-of-the-blue. That doesn't mean you should either. Once you get to know someone and you want to date that person, there should be a mutual understanding. That doesn't mean you should flirt outrageously, but she should be aware that you have the intention of her being your gf. Then, once you want to ask her, she'll be expecting it - not pre-empting it.

Either....but i would prefer gurls cuz...every gurl i like is usually taken and finding that out is bad for my soul...So i rather prefer a gurl asking me out...since its not like i'm ever gonna be taken
