i think that a girl may like me but i am not sure. how can i tell?

I work with her and when i go by where she is we usually talk for a little bit, also she offered to give me a ride (i dont drive) even though she lives on the other side of the valley (cache valley) could that me she has intrest in me? is that a usuall sign?

yes, she's interested in you, friend, maybe more, she's looking for an opportunity to get to know you better away from work. no audience, a chance to talk, to find out if you might be interested in her. then again, she could enjoy your company as a friend, but not want anyone at work to talk about the 2 of you. go slow, if you are interested, take the ride, talk get to know her, as a friend to start, you still have to work together. if you hit it off and find out that she doesn't have a boyfriend, you can ask her out,
i had a friend at work that acted that way, it's a shy type of flirting, also discreet when you don't want people talking about you at work. i went for the ride, great while it lasted, about 4 yrs.

well she might look into your eyes or you might catch her glancing in your direction if she's shy. if she's not shy she might talk to you and try to spend a lot of time with you... that's me at least, the shy version. if i like a guy i can't ever tell him... he usually makes me tongue tied unless i know him very well (wich means that i can make jokes, have conversations and smile without being frozen in place or blushing at all).

She is flirting with you when she is laughing constantly, playing with her hair and getting close to you. Also touching you constantly is a sign that there is a genuine interest in you.

She smiles at you & talks to you a lot. She'll go out of her way to be where you are.
