He's transitioning into a teen his grades are slipping and he has no interest in improving that I can see. He is preoccupied with games, R movies, hanging out, and staying up past his bedtime. He sneaks and turns the tv on in the living room when I'm sleeping. I have since turned on parental controls but I know this won't stop his curiosity. Am I wrong to be worried? I talk to him and let him know how important it is to do his homework and research for projects and he acts as if he's paying attention but I can see where his mind is wondering. He also tends to mouth off and has to be told several times to do something! I don't beat my kids, I take away things that matter to them the most sometimes for weeks but it still doesn't seem to work!! HELP!!

Me and my BF have been together for 4 months. We're both 28. I stay at his house 5 days a week and he stays at mine twice a week. We are always together. We get along great. We've even talked about one day getting married. We're going on our first vacation next week. We're very excited. I'm just wondering when he's going to ask me to move in. I already told him he just has to say the word and I'm there. He's made it very clear that he wants me to move in but he hasn't come out and asked me. Some of my friends say that after Florida I'll be moving in with him. Some even say he may propose in Florida. Do you think he'll ask me to move in when we're in FL?

My boyfriend got arrested last night coming from the club and everytime I call the bonds company they show no record of him being arrested. His friend that was driving told me he got arrested so I know my baby is in jail I just dont know where.

If you get arrested for a warrant due to traffic tickets what jail do they take you to first Mykawa the city or to the county. Its been 6-7 hours so he has already been processed I believe.

Please help me so I can bond my love out of jail

my guy and I were talking on the phone last night..(since we work in the same building he sees me often)..so he tells me that he love the way my jeans looked on me..any way he proceed to ask me why dont you wear pumps..I told him that I used to..but now I just want to be comfotable going to work and plus I do alot of running in the morning..I have to take my daughter to school on the bus everyday get off then get back on then get off then walk to the train station.how can I possible do all that with 5 inc heel on...I know how to dress for the work place and I know how to dress for hanging out and so on..I know how to carry myself both professionally and in the streets.
so why are some men never satisfy with the way their girlfriend look?

1] the event they spoke of happened more than 6 months ago....so they all mentione dthese things
2] it was written in another language...i dnt know anyone my age who can write in that language excpet someone my dads ages.....like an uncle
3] i just done understand why someone wud write a letter home.why not just tell my dad to his face...are they being cunning or doing something they think is for the best

My love of my life has been using drugs quite often lately & we had bad trouble with this a few years back. I don't understand anything about it like how he's feeling because i"ve never done any type of drug. I tell him that if he luvs me & our child that he would stop & he always tells me that it's not that easy. Does he luv me? How can I help Him? I know he needs help.

I am 22 and people are trying to discourage me from moving in my boyfriend's parents basement because I will not have "control" as it is not my house. I don't see what possible control issues I could have. I've been with my boyfriend for 5 years and have a very good relationship with his parents. We both want to go back to school and the $400/month rent they are asking for is very appealing to us both. I know that relationships may change when living together, but I feel that we know each other pretty well since it's been 5 years. of course we argue, but who doesn't. I can think of so many reasons why we should do this but #1 is because we love each other and want to be together everyday.

My wife and I have a 18 year old son that just turned 18, he is still in high school and has a steady girlfriend. He is very strong willed and often "tests" his boundaries and prides himself on finding loopholes in just about everything he can think of. When we do take action such as grounding or lecturing, he give us the "whatever" attitude. Generally he is a good kid, averge grades, doesn't drink, doesn't smoke or do drugs and for the most part follows rules. However, he has been lazy about getting a job and seems to want to spend more time with his girlfriend, which is daily, at times ALL day either at her house or our house. He is now pushing our boundaries with wanting her to spend the night or wanting to spend the night at her house. We are at our wits end with him. He see's 18 as being an age where he no longer has to follow rules or listen to us to an extent. What can we do?

this is really something im having a lot of trouble thinking about.
bascially to cut a long story short, someone sent a letter to my house.addressed to my dad and not written in english.but in my other language which i do not know how to read or write.my dad didnt open it my mum did.it bascially said to my dad that im [his daughter] and my name was written, i am going around with some guy and it named most of the places we apprently went to.it says ive ben to his house, the west end and along with few other places.the letter was almost detailed account fo what i did.and the worse thing is how does this person happen to turn up at all these places and whats it got to do with this person.if sone one is so concerend about my whereabouts, wouldnt normal people just come up to and talk to me, or even tell my dad face to face, why write a anonymous letter im really shcoked.......im 21 for gods sake and i wasnt even doing anything wrong....how dare this person who i have no idea who it is, why are they doing this.dont otehr people do this.i know a million people go to a kmillion places everyday i just cant see why this happened to me.the letter bascially said that my dad should have more control of me and that i was going out with some bloke [and i shouldnt be...]letter said that my paretns are really good peole and how cold i bring a bad name to them,/it was writeen in a sympathetic tone towards my father but that would obviously make it look believable.
the letter said i didnt want to tell you to your face as it would embarses my dad
but writiing a letter? that wouldnt make it worse?how could someone be so cunning...i just dont get it..why someone would do it....wouldnt writing a letter cause more grief?
AND APPenrently everyone is talking about me....probly saying `oh look at so and sos daughter the slag` even though i am not.....
im sscared as someone might be follwing me or i have no idea whats going on....its making my life a nightmare.....

I am bothered evrytime my mother and husband argued wid each other. I don't want this thing to happen coz I want my family to live peacefuly. Bt I must admit that they don't always compromise wid each other. I don't want to throw words either to my husband or mother coz it's nt my attitude.And in the first place, I don't want my mother to get hurt coz we're living n her roof. We can't live separately coz practicality wise, I'm d only child & I don't want to live my mother. She's alone, my father has passed 1 and half year ago. please advice me!

he brought me a Lindt chocolate in and saw how i smiled, after smoking a few joints i got the munchies and asked him if i could have another one? he said no and went on at me for being "ungrateful" and that why did i always have to have more?

He's known from day one that chocolate is one of my favourite things in the world, and that i would've done exactly the same thing one day ago, 1 month ago or even 1 year ago! Why would he let it bother him so much? (incidentally i went and got the chocolate myself when he wouldn't get it for me - as i'm using crutches at the moment for my broken foot!)

The worst thing is he thinks he was fair to call me ungrateful when i'm really not. i told him it's not even worth arguing about a f***ing piece of chocolate but he still wouldn't drop the subject!

Is he being petty or what?
