While my wife and I were visiting her very best friend With our new 2 week old baby boy.Our Rottweiler was destroying the baby's room for the second time.And when we got home my wife was on the phone to this woman telling her everything right away.And her friend told her to find another home for our beloved Rottweiler Tank(dogs name) because the dog is jealous of the new baby and might kill him and my wife told her that she is very rude and out of line and hung up on the rude woman Now our so called friend is calling back and she threatens to call animal control or child welfare
What are our rights ?
Can we get a restraining order from this crazy woman ?

I was upset because my fiance has a bach party in atlanitc city and they where staying the nght..I know he wouldnt do anything to mess up anything with us but I just dont like the idea hes going out of state..then I asked if he was going to a strip club and he said he didnt know that if they did he would go but to trust him cause hes not going to do anything hes not suppossed to....im I over reacting about this whole thing or should I be worryed???

My fiance is keep asking me to go to the gym and tone my body, I understand that we are going to get married in 2 months. And he wants me to look nice front of his family and freinds. My neighour tried to run over his wife and as she happened to sought refuge in my home (whilst I wasn't even on the premises), he now has it in for me and at every sighting stares extremely threatningly and menacingly toward myself and my 5 year old child. He is clearly trying to intimidate us, what an tiny excuse for a man, I've suddenly grown to detest him, had no idea he was such a dweeb. Had we not been in the process of negotiating a house sale (where you have to sign promising not to have any legal complaints against any neighbour) I would have been more confrontational but upto now I have literally pretended he hasn't been there. Beforehand, we were on come in for a cuppa terms. Can anyone advise as to my legal rights? He has lost 2 jobs owing to violence towards staff.

My man and I have been fighting A LOT lately and I don't know what to do. He has an ego bigger than the world; he thinks he is better than everyone else and on top of that he treats me like crap. He is always yelling at me that I don't do things right. That I act like a child and I'm a spoiled little brat. We have a baby together and he tries to do nice things for me but we always end up in a fight cause I get mad at something he said or something he did. He complained that I didn't have a full time job while I was preganat and since having the baby I have a full time job and now it's I don't have my own car. He won't help me get a car. I pay for almost everything I need and my daughter needs, but I don't have the money to leave him. I'm so confused and I don't know what to do. I've made an appointment to go to a counsiler but I don't know if it is going to help. He has never been able to depend on someone and anything he does care about he runs off so he won't get hurt again.
