My neighour tried to run over his wife and as she happened to sought refuge in my home (whilst I wasn't even on the premises), he now has it in for me and at every sighting stares extremely threatningly and menacingly toward myself and my 5 year old child. He is clearly trying to intimidate us, what an tiny excuse for a man, I've suddenly grown to detest him, had no idea he was such a dweeb. Had we not been in the process of negotiating a house sale (where you have to sign promising not to have any legal complaints against any neighbour) I would have been more confrontational but upto now I have literally pretended he hasn't been there. Beforehand, we were on come in for a cuppa terms. Can anyone advise as to my legal rights? He has lost 2 jobs owing to violence towards staff.

Look pray about it, i did and my bad neighbour left, and i know other people who have had bad neighbours and they have. Leave revenge to God, sooner or later this person is going to get unstuck because i am sure their are many people against him who do not like him. Ignore his dirty looks and him although let him know he does not bover you. Feel sorry for him, because he is going to have a lifetime of trouble if he does not change. Something will happen to him sooner or later. enjoy you life and do not let hte person get you down.

ALL bully's are cowards . Remember that. There was a family like that in our village when we moved here in 2001 and everyone was scared of them. One night the 19-years old lad pulled a knife on my 11-years old daughter. They left the village within three weeks of that happening and no one was scared of them because I went round their house and bullied them. Not suggesting you use violence but there are times when that is all those sort of people understand.

that's animal abuse. they may be charged with this. it could be spectacular in case you will get something on tape. yet how does your canines react to them? Does your canines know them as a topic? does it grow to be scared or agressive in the direction of them? be conscious that canines can carry grudges and in case you're fortunate your canines will know those are the only boys that are a topic and not grow to be a topic for all babies in that length or age classification. I propose you report a criticism with animal administration or the police. you will might desire to locate the youngsters. seek advice from different acquaintances. The greater information you get the bewtter yet they're in violation of the regulation whilst they harrass and torture your animals. do no longer overlook approximately it. The animal won't overlook it. And it ought to create issues for you interior the destiny.

Be the bigger person, and the next time he stares at you, say Good morning, or whatever the time of day it is, hopefully he will be shocked and either say hello back or take no notice of you, that's what I do. Hopefully then things will blow over.

All the best.

Restraining order may be your best bet. See if your agent cannot move up the close date of your new purchase. More power to you ignoring him.

If your selling, zip it and move.
What you could do is approach him briskly and serious looking only to say "How's it going mate and be all pally", but as you stomp up to him, just watch his reaction as he wonders what you are going to do.
