The past three years I have had a relationship with a married women that often was borderline sexual. No sex, but occasional heavy petting. This eventually was far to difficult for me, as I developed strong feelings. Once I realized how distructive it was to me I discontinued contact. I would like to have a casual friendship with her. Is it possible?

Take it from a woman whose divorce was a result of her husband cheating on her. You need to break ties with this woman. You two almost crossed the line, and you know that you can. Think about all of the destruction this would cause her husband, her kids (if any), friends, and extended family. Think rationally and not emotionally. I know that is hard, but karma comes back to you even harder. Do not think for one second that you can escape your feelings for this woman by having a casual friendship. Move on and have a casual friendship with other women.

Anything is possible, but sounds like you have not communicated your wish to be a casual friend. If you have strong feelings for her still, though, it is not going to be easy.

Let it go anything with a married women is dangerous with anything sexual you cross that line.

with that kind of past i don't see it happening but who knows. you may have to talk to her and tell her that you want to be JUST FRIENDS, tell her that it was fun in the past but you have moved beyond that .
