My boyfriend and I live together, he's still married, but going through a divorce. She came over to get some of her belongings, they went upstairs to talk. They were quiet, I got worried. I went into the upstairs bedroom, and she had her pants and panties pulled down sitting on his lap. He had his pants still on, buttoned, zipped, everything. She told me they had sex, he told me they didn't. Who do I believe!? Why didn't he push her off?! Should I stay with him and deal with this crap? Or should I leave and try to find a new boyfriend? I really don't know what to do. They text eachother all the time. She told me they wern't really getting a divorce. But he assured me they were. He won't get a restraining order against her though. Is her still seeing her behind my back? Tell me what I should do please!!

Have been married for 4 years, have a 1 year old daughter. Husband told me out of the blue he is not happy and doesn't want the responsibility of a family anymore. Says he wants a divorce. I don't know what to do. he contacted a lawyer before telling me. He makes a lot more money than me and said he will give child support and pay off bills. How do I go on? This happened last night and I am numb. How is the amount of child support determined (he already has an amount picked out) and would he be required to pay alimony?

I'm reposting this to see if I can get some more peoples opinions.......

SO I have this younger girl threaten to kick my butt (it's a long story, I don't particularly want to fight, but if it comes down to it I will.....)..... so she claims she's a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and she's been doing it for 7 years. Now I don't know if I necessarily believe her because the first thing that hinted she might not be is that she spelled it Ty Kwon Do :P .... I've never learned it but even I know how to spell it.

Now what I need to know is if we actually get in a fight would i have a chance? I've gotten into brawls before and always come out victorious. The last time the girl grabbed my hair before I knew what was going on and I ended up grabbin hers back and kicked her in the face a couple times..... don't ask me how I was holding her head and made contact with my foot, I don't even know, I was in an enraged state but everyone that saw it said I made contact a couple times....

I was actually wondering if there were any support groups for women with husbands in prison. I have been with him for 4 years and he has been gone for a year and a half now. He's up for parole soon and if he gets it this time he'll be home next may, but if not he'll probably be looking at least another year or two more. I am just really having a hard time dealing with it and it seems to be getting harder and harder especially when knowone understands what I am going through and why I am waiting. Anyone know of any group or anything I can do to find one?

My husband is suppose to be a Christian. I knew he had wondering eyes for years but he always act in front of people he loved me so much and like a love machine. But I always had to cry and beg for his affections. I even accepted his impotenecy but could have worked around this. I love and miss him dearly but he has turned to porn of all sorts. We almost divorce two or three times as he continues but promises to quit. Now he is smoking and had a drinking/drug binge a few months ago. I feel like he doesn't love me as he changes from I think I do, I don't and now I do. I feel like a daisy he loves me, he loves me not. His parents told me, don't throw away those divorce papers just yet. Even seem interested in introducing him to someone else and say they are praying God sends me someone else. I am still married, so no thanks. I want this to work but can he really love me and hurt me this way. He lies until he is so caught. I felt if I were just???? he would be different? 13 years hurts.

I'd appreciate it if only married people over 30 answer my question. Thanks :)
Is it normal to feel like you may be making a mistake 2 weeks before the wedding? Everything was fine up until now. It seems the closer I get, the more afraid I get. I love him and we aren't having any problems. I'm just wondering if maybe I'd be more happy staying single. That's what keeps going through my mind. I'm in my 40's and this is my second marriage. Are these feelings normal?

What 1 piece of advice would you give a bright and beautiful young woman in a bad marriage to an emotionally abusive man? She has given up her education and her own dreams, believing she can love him enough to change him. Any quotes, affirmations, thoughts (in one or two lines only please) would be wonderful.

I have been married for 5yrs and sometimes there are just things that I don't want to talk to my husband about. Mostly when we have an arguement I don't want to talk to him about it. I talk to my sister but she absolutely hates him and always tells me to leave him. I am not looking for a relationship just someone with a good ear and good honest opinions.

My boyfriend of 3 years can not shake off his ex-wife. No matter what I say he still talks to her. While there has been times when he has improved but it goes back to the same thing. She feels he is availbe when she wants him too. They have 2 kids 22 and 18 there is no reason for them to be talking on a daily basis. He says he love me and is the happiest he has ever been but I am confused. He also tells me that now that they are divorced they can actually talk becasue they could not do it before. I have asked him to go to a therapist but he says no. Can someone please give me some advise.

My sister is a very wonderful mum and wife. She has a husband that gambles, although she believes he is not a heavy gambler, this still bothers her as it could get worse.
She has three beautiful children that, for kids, are quite well behaved. Her children are 6 years and under. I would like an idea from someone who has been through maybe a similar situation on how to help her through this period in her life.
