First I would do (c) look the other way to make sure no one was behind me.
Second I would do (a) approach them to introduce myself.
Then I would do (d) stand up and walk away (from them)
Last I would do (b) wave and smile at them as their mouths hang to the floor (because they just got showed up, hit on and dumped all in a 30 second period.

Dude, if they are interested they will make some sort of move. One will be more interested in you than the other, she will try to make eye contact with you.
She will also do some sort of grooming, she might move her hair around or she might go to the restroom
Chances are if they are giggling and pointing its not suptle signals and would have more of a chance of making them look stupid.
Imagine how it would look if a guy did it!

Assume they are attracted to you. Let them make the move. Personally, even if they did, I would tell them yes...after they have grown up.

Buy them a drink. If they ignore you, they were laughing at you. If they don't ignore you, approach and introduce yourself.
