Marriage & Divorce - 8 October 2006

She was living in Colorado and then my ex-husband told me to come pick her up so that she could live with me. She has been a resident of Oregon for over 6 months now and he has maybe called her twice. Can he legally come pick her up now after all of this time? She does not want to be with him. He doesn't even have his own place to live in. He lives with his friends. Pls. help me as I am worried about what my rights are as a parent. My daughter is worried that he may come kidnapp her from school and take off with her. Thanks for your help.

My husband doesn't do ANYTHING around the house. He won't even take out the trash. I work full time and do all the cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping and pay the bills. He works steadily but makes stupid investments without me knowing so we are always living hand to mouth. I'm so tired of this. Got any suggestions as to what I can do to cope with him? If I ask him to help, he makes it so miserable with all his complaining, I end up being sorry I asked. He even complains about feeding the dogs when I'm out of town. What would you do??? We've been married 25 + years.

My wife was a pious virgin when we were married. (She hardly allowed me to kiss her). Now however with four years going strong under our belt, her sex drive has increased almost beyond mine. I can sometimes joke about sex fantasies, and she's as down without question. It's surprising really; you wouldn't expect my wife to be freaky. Is there anyway to increase my sex drive as well?

That in this categorie Marrage and Divorce are together as if it is natural or as if marrage and divorce go together like 2 peas in a pod.

My ex-husband keeps insisting he's not involved with anyone. I have evidence to prove otherwise. I ask him to be honest to see if he will be. He denies it. Honesty is one of the things he says he's working on to get back with me. Do I continue to let him disrespect me while he's "finding" himself, or do I just leave him be & start a new life with someone else? How much time should I give him to realize what he is doing? I am in agony. I still love him, but his actions tell me he's just messing with my head.

I want to have a sex life again. Me and my husband have been married for 8 years. I have said some bad things to him when I get mad like I am going to go sleep with someone else or you go sleep with someone else. we are about to be homeless.haven't paid the mortgage in 8 months. So i was think for the time being i could hook my wife out to get hotel rooms for us to stay in, Yea know send her out to pick up a john instead of paying her make them get a hotel room.Win win if you ask me :) what do you think ?

my hubby, working as a musician at 100 bucks a week. doesnt want to leave his band. Ever i ask him to choose between family and music and he cant choose. My house has been taken away cause of less income and he blames situtation and god. Im workin real hard to support my 2 kids and myself not forgetting him. He told me his going to get a job but not done yet till today. But i love him so much. His a really nice guy. I have been with my husband for 6 years. We have gone through a lot, he has done a lot of bad things (like stealing money, using drugs, etc), but he has been clean and sober for two years. WE have two children together. He's been doing really good, supporting us, etc. The problem is that I'm in love with my ex boyfriend. We recently started talking again, and I know he feels the same way. Nothing has happened.I've never been able to forgive my huisband for the things he's done. My husband lived with another woman while we were seperated last year. We have back together for about 8 months and are getting along fine. BUT she calls and hangs up, goes around his family, writes really sappy letters. We've told her to go away, but it hasn't worked. Changed the number, but she got it again. I am getting married next year. We dated for over two years before I asked for her hand in marriage. We currently do not live together, but spend 5 days a week together. We have an excellent relationship, but I know marriage is a big step. I really want to go into marriage with a good idea of what to espect.
