You can get married as soon as you like. I never heard of any law in any state that tells anyone how long after a divorce the person can get married. Just make sure it's not a rebound marriage.

Generally there is a 30 day waiting period from the divorce being final until they will issue you another marriage license.

I live in North carolina and my sisters Divorce was final on the 20th and she got married the 21st

If your divorce is final at 12:00, you could get married at 12:01 if you wanted to!

your previous divorce has been finalized...

I think it all depends on where you live. Some states allow remarriage a lot faster than others.
