My husband left me, we now each have our own address. all over the course of 3 weeks. I miss him, i never wanted our marriage to end, only the controlling issues i dealt with every day, and in the end, not being able to do anything to please him...its such a long story. But he left me with me loving him, knowing i will till the day i die. Why does everyone say-leave him alone, dont let him know you care, dont let him know he can still have you, only let him see you smile. Why, when all i want to do is tell him i love him and i miss him, and i wish he would find the love again in his heart that i know is there. Is this supposed to accomplish something by acting this way with him?

Hello, I am 24 yr old man who shamefully, embarassingly watches porn occasionally. I have been trying hard to totally cut off porn use but as a single guy with no woman, I find it very hard to resist occasional excitement of watching porn. I will keep working on it to stop though.
I was talking to a friend the other day and he told me there are substantial # of American women who won't tolerate porn in their marriage, family. Is this true? Do American women in general consider porn evil, bad, as something that should not be present at home?
I would appreciate any insights or feedbacks.

I'm 40 years old asian - divorced.
It has been 17 years since I last dated, so getting back on the datimg scene is little nerve wrecking. To start, I'm hoping to meet someone who has a sense of humor, has close relationship with family and has positive attitude towards life, and so on.I work full-time and continu to work on completing my bachelors degree in business administratio, plus geting back in shape. I have no children, but am surrounded with nices and nephews that keeps me young at hesrt.

I realy don't know of what I should be awer of and for how old man I should look - times go on..........

About ten years ago my parents divorced and my mom was granted custody of my two sisters and I. Two years after my parents divorced my mother remarried and he had two children of his own. Here it is ten years later and I am getting caught up in all of the things I missed. I have never really had a father figure in my life because my dad really was never there. I have always wanted a guy that I could go hang out with and we would go camping, hunting, and do the sports thing together. But since I really never had that male influence in my life I missed out on all of that, I have a step brother who is a sports fanatic, he plays just about every sport and he and his dad (my step-father) connect through that. I don't know if I am jealous but I really feel that I have missed out on some of the things I should have done with my dad. I know I can't go back and I am 19 years old now and will be 20 soon. How can I compensate now, for what I missed out on then?

There was this lady with a poor family. She loved her parents and siblings, and the short-cut to give her family a nice house and a better living was to marry a guy who was 12 years older than her and who had a family that could provide to this lady much of the stuff she wanted, eg. money to build a house for her parents and of course other material stuff as well. A few years later, she found that she married the wrong guy because the guy's family could no longer give to her what she wanted. In addition, the guy that she married was not making enough money to support his own family. She ended up divorcing him and married another guy because the other guy was more capable and had a very well-paid job. Now, there are two questions here. Was she right on marrying this first guy for his family's money? And was she right on divorcing him?

I have a PPO. I have told him over and over that he is not good for me and I am safer without him around. I can't cut off all contact with him because my children see him several times a week. I'm afraid that he might do something to hurt me or the kids.

I would like to hear from people that have had this problem before - I don't need any stupid answers.

I understand being so in love that you get you swept away in emotion and propose, but beyond that are there any upsides for a man in being married?

A quick synopsys: My wife and my marriage has been a train wreck for over 3 years. My brotherinlaw inadvertently sends me an email instead of my wife, after staying with me for 2 weeks sharing my home my food etc. Treating me as a friend, or so I thought. The email say that I am white trash
( I am a fairly educated presently unemployed not by choice) Enterpreneur. and that basically she should document all corrospondenses between my wife and myself. Here is my question? My wife wants to go to his house and have a birthday party for her other sister. They live in North Carolina and I live in New York. I told her to respect the fact that I do not want her to go because this ***-hole totally played me, disrespected me etc.and she should also feel the same way about him as I do. Please respond with either a yes or a no. Should I let her go? and why and if I should NOT let her go WHY? I told her I will divorce her if she goes I am depending on the answers given here to see if I am WRONG

co-worker (he's 21) and oh what a muscular bod he has, has been showing interest in me. He bumps into me in the hallway, picks up things I drop, even has gone as far as asking me to lunch. It has been a little rough at home lately. What do I do?

I just want toknow how many women are living in a realtionship where you are spanked by your husband? I want toknow about loving realtionships and what is the norm for yours. My husband and I are in that kind of loving relationship. He does not beat me. If i am out of line on occasion i get 1 -3 smacks on my bottom after a warning . It is rare for anything more serious. Though I have had more serious ones where I was straightened out quick. Women are to be submissive to thier husbands I believe it makes a strong marriage.

Why would a man have an affair and leave a ten year marriage and a son because all of a sudden he is not happy? He was fine until the other woman came along! He was at a stage in his life where he could stop working so hard and begin enjoying life. He has thrown everything away. Now he is about to move in with a woman ten years younger than him, rebuild his life and probably have more kids at 40! Why do men do crazy things like that! Are they really happier??
