I just want toknow how many women are living in a realtionship where you are spanked by your husband? I want toknow about loving realtionships and what is the norm for yours. My husband and I are in that kind of loving relationship. He does not beat me. If i am out of line on occasion i get 1 -3 smacks on my bottom after a warning . It is rare for anything more serious. Though I have had more serious ones where I was straightened out quick. Women are to be submissive to thier husbands I believe it makes a strong marriage.

Oh boy I cant even imagine what would happen if I tried that with my wife! At first I thought your question was about light spanking during sex.....as some people are into that. But as a form of punishment? You cant be serious. You are a adult married and suppose to be his friend, partner, lover, and wife. What RIGHT does he have to treat you as a child and spank you for making mistakes? I guess if you are okay with it....but really you need to take a loooong look at this relationship. I'm single, but I've got several married couples as friends.
If it is a spank that is done in the privacy of your bedroom, with a bit of slap and tickle - thats ok. If he slaps you for doing something wrong then it maybe something serious.
Our Government here in Aust, is trying to ban spanking/slapping of children...............
Women are meant to be submissive, I agree (to a certain extent) but if a man feels he needs to stike a lady, wife or not, then thats abuse.

He sounds very controlling. "Wives be submissive to your husband" does not mean the man is to smack his wife around. That is not true love God expects from a couple.It also says "husbands love your wife the same way Christ loved the church and died for us"
I think you need to relook at your relationship and the true meaning of a marriage.
