Marriage & Divorce - 23 September 2006

me and my husband is waiting for the final hearing of our divorce...now he keep saying that is all my fault on what happen to our marriage...and had other girl in the net...he said that i will let him go...and be free...but he wants to stay friends with me...now he did call my family in the philippines and argueing my mom about my bills here...why he need to talk to my family that cause more problems to them...
honestly,my family is not happy about what happen to our marriage,but bcoz of the other girl my mom just say let him go...why he telling them when i am the one who wants to get free in the 1st place...and his the one who filled the divorce.why he is blaming me now?
i dont know what to do..im so depress about this..and he said i am very controlling person...
pls.help me

My fiancé' and I have been together for five years and we moved back to the town we grew up in. He wants to move away and is miserable here, but I want to stay. I have told him that I want for both of us to be happy and if that means him moving away to enjoy life then he should. I'm afraid that he is only staying not to hurt me. I don't know what else to do. Is he trying to tell me something more or is he just restless?

My step-daughter got into some serious trouble this summer while in our care. I was the one that caught her and busted her to her mother. She told a bunch of kids at school and somehow her mother has blamed me for telling everyone about what she did. She sent my husband, her ex, an email all about what I supposibly did. Of course it is not true. But my husband did not defend me the way he should have. I have been after him for the last 3 weeks to call them and straighten this out. His daughter is manipulating both of them and blaming me for her actions. What should I do to get him to straighten this out, I refuse to be her scapegoat anymore. He dosen't want to stir anything up because of the slight chance his ex will take him back to court. How do I get him to grow a backbone?

I know he can't quit one cuz we really need the money but I miss him so much! What can I do to spice things up? He always really tired to have sex or when I come home late from college, I'm too tired. The whole situation just bumbs me out! Any suggestions???

Ok this is how the situation went... I asked my new co-worker out; lets say Wednesday to see a comedy show on the weekend but she said she was busy. Thursday comes around and she confronted me verfying that I wanted to take her out yesterday and I said yes. So then she tells me that she is dating someone for the past 7 years but they are not ingaged/married. So I kept my cool but then Monday comes and she asks me if i wanted to catch a movie and have dinner this weekend (she mentioned as friends) and of course I said yes. Let me remind you, we enjoy each others company at work and we both can't stop smiling to one another. Can someone tell me how do they perceive this situation as? Does she has interests in me or is this a casual thing "friends" do. I have never came across a "friend" that wanted to go out with me even though she is seeing someone. Help me out.

I am twenty one and recently had a beautiful baby girl.. Number 2 for me. I met my bf when i was pregnant with my first son. we have been togather since. we broke up twice in 3 years just because i lost interest. I love him crazy and i dont know why it happpens. But for the last few months every thing he does annoys me. even stupid things like the way he chews or the way he sleeps. i am going crazy. I dont know what to do. My husband 28 years old is a vet who works for his father practice and i am a zoologist who works partime at the zoo. We have 4 dogs, 1 cat, 1 domesticated skunk, 1 bunny rabit, 1 lizard , 1 turtle, 2 mice, 1 african gray parrot, and a Squirrel. I think we have to many animals and i feel exuasted all the time and do not want to have sex anyymore. How do i try to tell him i need help i cant go on like this!? He also had an affair recently!have tried bringing it up before but he just ignores me and wants to be left alone when he is home because he is too tiered to help!but expect dinner on the table.Therapy just made him more lazy!

i try to stay away, not talking to him, i try not responding to his messeges and phonecalls, but is like the more i try to stay away from him, the more i want to be with him.and i cant stop thinking about him.i have lost interest in my spouse.but i tried to tell him i was lonely,and needed him around more often.but instead he just told me to stop taking his time,wich he use to record and write music.and out of nowhere he came into the picture.i wasnt even in the chat room i was just listening to yahoo music.and he said hi.and i thought why not, and ever since we just talk everyday,its been a long time and i kept trying with my husband but he rather spend time writing and recording than just sit down and ask me how was my day at work, or just talk period.and still trying but i feel like if i am begging him and have stopped asking him for anything.now i have lost interest in him.hes a stranger for me.

I recently got out of the army after being overseas. My first night back with my family I was told by my 10 yr old daughter that a man has been sleeping her mama's bed. This was a few months ago. Now my little girl has complained to me about the man abusing her but nobody listens. The even went to the court with this information and the judge didn't see cause for emergency. He wouldn't even talk to my daughter. They put this man on the stand and by the results of his judgement took his word over mine. This took place in Savannah, GA and I live in Ft. Worth, TX. I've had to take all the resources I had and am now on the verge of bankruptcy to try and protect my little girl. I feel like I'm being punished because I was overseas defending my country and providing for my family. I don't know what else to do. I'm hoping someone might have some answers.

My neighbor is seeking to divorce her Husband and has 3 minor children. She is a stay at home mom. Her husband works outside the home and is recruting his wealthy parents to help him get custody of their 3 children. What Is she to do? Is their Attorneys who work Pro bono? For such woman in this situation. She is scared to death that his parents money will cause her to loose her children. She is a wonderful mother. He on the other hand has a very bad temper and she and the children live in fear of him every day. Her Mother lives in another state. Can she take the children to her mothers legally? Does she have to retain an attorney to file for custody before him? how does all this work? How much money is needed for her to go through the devorce and custody issues? If he gets an attorney could she qualify for a court apointed attorney? Would he(her husband) have to pay her legal
fees? What Should she expect to recieve in child support if she gets custody of the 3 children.
