Marriage & Divorce - 23 September 2006

Last night at a ball game a lady grabbed me by the arm and yanked me down a couple of steps. I didn't know her and hadn't said anything to her. It was surreal that someone would grab me like that. I told the lady not to touch me and she had a snippy little reply that I was going the wrong way. I told her again not to touch me and she had the same reply.

I got her name & then I promptly told my husband what happened. He is my authority in Godly, Biblical order, so I told him. He did nothing. He said if he saw the man in charge of the group this lady was with he would tell him. He knew right where the man was, but wouldn't go talk to him.

My husband ALWAYS does this. No one likes confrontation, but sometimes you have to be a man and suck it up and take care of what needs to be done.

Why can't he do this? Am I unworthy of his protection? Just because I am an outgoing woman who speaks her mind doesn't mean I don't need defending.......especially when I ask for it!

Hi i am 18 going to be 19 and just got married it was a spur of the moment thing i went with my bf of 2 months to vegas with some friends and at some point one of his friends said we were like a married couple and my bf just turned around and said why not get married right now and then we kind of did. This was a joke that was taken way too far. This happened a month ago and we are still really in love but after this we pretended like nothing happened.My parents cant stand him because he is 21 and italian not spanish like they wanted and his parents dont really like me because i am spanish and they want him to date Italian girls.We told them we were engaged after the trip to Vegas. Is there a nice way to tell our parents this? I also think i may have gotten pregnant that night on top of it.

Im a sahm and all my money comes from my husbands cards. Were low on money,quite low but Id like to pick up something sexy and sexy shoes. I havent dressed up in anything new in a while. My husband and I are seperated he is only seeing the boys on wed and sometimes on the weekend. He think he can just leave for the weekends even if he is suppose to have the kids and doesn't think there is anything wrong with it. Will a judge give him shared parenting if he is not even involved with them now. How do I not let him neglecting them get to me I want to scream and yell at him cause he is hurting my kids but I know I can't what do I do.

I used to love looking at porn, but when my husband went to Iraq I discovered some disturbing things on his computer. I found out he was paying for porn and looking at it while i was asleep. I also found out that he had "forgotton to remove himself from several online dating sites even though we were together for two years. When i realized he had saved pictures in his folder of nude women but none of me i was crushed. He says he doesn't chat or look at webcams but I cant seem to trust that when i have found webcam files on his computer. This drives me insane when i have alone time and cant resist checking his computer. He gets insanely mad when i do and has password protected it. How do I make him understand that I know when he lies to me and I wonder sometimes to what extent? The thing is, I used to share my porn with him, we have made videos but he never watches them or looks at my "sexy" pics, how can i not be hurt? What can i do online without crossing the line to make him feel me?

I've seen countless friends and family get married and most of them say that their mates changed for the worst. The men say the women start getting comfortable and going to bed looking as unsexy as they can possibly look every night, they say they start gaining a lot of weight and not try to loose it and they say they start nagging and being control freaks which eventually turns the man off and makes him want to go out and cheat. The women say the men become unromantic, they start not taking care of themselves and they start being slobs which makes them want to go ou tand cheat. All of these marriages started off good and they both remember what it was that attracted them to that person and vise versa.

I've never been married but I have been in serious long term relationships before and I have always remained constant with my sexiness and behavior. Why is it so difficult to keep that attraction going in a marriage and be what you were when you started dating that person?

I've never been married; when I met my bf I didn't know anything about his past and after 2 months of our relationship he told me his story that he had been married for more than 10 years and have 3 children! he can not have babys ,and i want them . we got togather when i was 15 im now 22 and he is 43 . i am at the point i cant even stand to go home. he is very jealous, and controlling.he tells me i cant to better even if i try . accuses me of sleeping with people while i am at school(COLLEGE) i have now anly been with three people in my life . one before him , him and now 6 years later another man , and i have gotten pregnant ( ITS TRUE< it only takes one time) He is mental abusive and treats me as if i am a child . A few years back my husband was caught in a lie by me. He claimed he was visiting a friend in the hospital that was injured at his work. He kept visiting each day for a short while. I decided to call and ask his supervisor for the name of his friend that was injured so I could send a fruit basket to the hospital. The supervisor laughed so hard and told me that never happened to anyone at the company. I confronted my husband and he admitted he wasn't telling the truth. To this day though I will never get a complete confession out of him of who he's been with. He refuses to even talk about it. Did I mention he told me he was visiting this so called friend at the hospital my father past away in. What do you make of this and how do I get passed it. My son tells me he's heard him talk to someone on the phone that sounded like he was talking to another woman also. My husband totally denies it. This happened about 3 yrs ago.

My significant's daughter just quit her job due to some negative comments made by her boss. My advise to her was to confront and face the reality and take corrective actions. Instead now she wants to work for her future husband who as offered her a $ 400 a week job working in his restaurant. MY Bf of 12 years has lost his freaking mind..We have 2 small children and he is our sole provider..He began talking to another woman and left us 2 weeks ago.
