I think it's a personal decision. The concept itself may be outdated in some respects--not necessary for a woman's well-being as it once was. I think people marry now more out of religious and social symbolism. (A symbol of commitment toward one another). The concept of marriage is no longer that a woman must marry so that she can be taken care of for life.

No its not. I have found that most people are selfish and divorce seems so much more easier than working it out. When you marry someone at 20 your not going to be the same at 30 nor are you the same after children. But, it seems that people don't want to grow with each other, work on relationships. I can understand abuse of any kind or neglect or cheating but just because your arguing over little things a lot of people walk. No one wants to work at anything they all want the easy life...and its never ever an easy life unless you work on it. IMHO.

The concept of marriage is not outdated. Just because people have no clue what they're doing & screw their lives up doesn't mean that a gift from God is suddenly outdated. If that were true, He wouldn't have incinerated Sodom & Gomorrah.

In my opinion the concept of marriage is outdated and no longer necsessay.. I think this becuase many ppl are just getting devorced and are being cheated on. I mean if u really love someone u shouldnt have to get married. and marriage just makes ppl freck out and say omg im married to only one person for the rest of my life! i shoud cheat!! but yeh thats jsut what i think.

in future , the concept of living together without any committment will be popular
even woman may not like to get pregnant ,they will rent the woomb(alredy some of them are doing)
children will be of their choice from the selective partner ..may be they select from sperm banks.

i don't even know...if you want to go to heaven it's a good idea to marry, stay married, and never stray from your marital bed.....
however i believe that if it were as difficult to marry as it is to divorce there would probably not be half as many marriages..significantly cutting down on the divorce rate
