If you've already brought all this to his attention and you've both made the effort to try and make things better and it's not working... then yeah, divorce sounds like it'd be best.

For yourself, and your son, you should leave as soon as you can. Not just b/c, the sex and conversation is bad, but because you are unhappy, and soon your son will begin to pick up on this unhappiness between the both of you. Also, he's doing illegal drugs, I assume, in your household? That's not okay when there is a child around, period. I pray you are financially able to leave, or that you have family around who can help you through this... but if and when you decide to leave, you and your son will be happier for it in the end. Although, I wouldn't advise you to keep your son from his father forever. Your son may grow to resent you for that decision. Just make sure the judge knows that there has been illegal drugs around your husband, so that your son is never in any danger. Good Luck to you and God Bless you and your son.

If there is nothing there any more then yes you should divorce him and take your son, exspecially if he is doing drugs. I'm really sorry it is not working out for you and your son will adjust to not having daddy around so much. You should also mention to your divorce lawyer that the husband is bad on drugs. That really doesn't look good on his part. Good luck girl.

Divorce is a hard step to take, because i know the effect of children when it comes to this . How does he treat the children? Is it just as bad as the way he treats you? Well these are all questions that you need to answer for yourself. In your case divorce would be a good answer because it seems to me that you could find a better man that would treat you like a queen and your children like they were his own. Well i hope my words of advice will help and hope the best for you. ..love Becky

You never give up easily something you have put so much time and energy in to. You need to get the communication going first of all. Try, try and try again, if you can't get the communication going then try and separation to give your marriage some space and time. You will be surprised at how a man does'nt realize what he has until its gone. This may very well open his eyes enough to get the communication going.

Be your self, you are the one who knows him most .Mother`s instinct would be help you to decide for the sake of those feeling that if you really want to divorce with him, you would be happy with that?????if yes, just go on but in the other hand what would you care for your sons??? do they understand the situation right now or you just care for you own personal feeling.?? .what is it important for your life.......your sons or your personal feeling or both!!!!!!! good luck

I never recommend this because i believe most marriages can be saved with a little affection, communication and respect. In this case, however - why bother? Neither of you seem very committed to being married to each other, so just walk away and get on with your life.

only if your unhappy and u find u are waisting too much time on tying to get what u want. or if your just not attracted anymore pretend till u find some one better and save up some money before u leave. it easier to find a man when u live alone.

You should of thought of that before you married him.
sorry , but that's what you get for being with an older man!
I don't believe in staying together for the 'sake of the kids' been there with my parents, and believe me, it's best to part then to put your kids through alot of fights.
go ahead, do it now while your kids are still young enough that it will not effect them as much if they were older.

well if u feel all this about him, i dont know why u married someone like that to begin with,,,but none the less i would definetly seperate and see if he cleans up his ways, if not follow through with a divorce, life is to short to waste years on someone hoping they will change.
Good Luck
