With parental consent, you can marry at 16 in England. Without it, you have to be 18. At Scotland you can marry at 16.
In Morroco the minimum marriage age is 18 years for males and 15 for females; judicial discretion for males under 18 if there is fear of immorality.
Having researched a little bit more, Morroco introduced new laws in 2004 about marraige, giving greater equality for men and women, and the minimum age of marraige is now 18 for both.

in the uk you can get married at 16 with parents permission i should no i got married at 16. morroco however i aint gotta clue soz

don't know about Morocco but in the UK its 16 with parental consent and 18 without
