I Have been unfaithful many times to my wife and past girlfriends.
but I can't just break it off with the one that I'm cheating on them with. Think of all the blood and pain I would suffer if I just chopped it off What should I do ?

Why do you think that jerking off is cheating? And chopping your fingers off to be faithful to everyone? If everyone did that, then everyone would be fingerless! Just accept your sexuality and tell your wife that you enjoy it. She might tell you something interesting too.

Are you still unfaithful now? Do you love your wife? If yes to both, you need to seek professional help cos if you love your wife, you will not be unfaithful. So, it is a big problem if you can't exercise self control. That, is a big issue which needs to be resolved if you still want to save the marriage. You are letting your wife in a big risk of getting HIV. Contract whatever sex diseases yourself, leave your wife alone. Maybe you should consider divorcing. A great service to your wife and probably yourself.

Sheesh man, sort it out, what if you were the one in your wifes shoes. I suggest that you see a psychiatrist or a psychologist. Sometimes people have addictions to this type of stuff, and if you cant get rid of it now, there might be no hope for the future.

first of all you shouldnt be cheating. you should of follow your vows. the more you lie to your wife. the more the truth will come out because like it or not the truth alway come out. you cant have them both so you need to decide what to do and how to do it. so all i can say is follow your heart and stop cheating on your wife. put your self in her shoes how would you like it. anyway good luck and i hope this help.

Why did you get married in the first place? It sounds like you've never been faithful to anyone. Apparently you don't take marriage or your vows seriously. If you don't want to be with your wife and aren't ready to settle down with one woman you owe it to her to let her go and find a man who will love her and be faithful to her.

Maybe your wife should leave you?! Maybe you are cheating that much because you never really loved your wife or your past girlfriends?? you are like my brothers some people just will never stop,you are missing something that you are looking for and you only know what that is, and when you find it you will know,but you have to find that special love in your heart to give to that person,just look inside your self hard it takes time good luck
