My husband is not working, he never has money and our marriage is one big fight. I work a full time job, plus for almost 2yrs a second job. He puts out resumes' gets calls but he tells me when
he calls them they don't call him back. He is always borrowing money from me. He does sell on Ebay, Yahoo and Craigs list which he considers full time, plus tells me he can't keep up with
the house it's too much. He puts demands on me, gets mad if I
go out with my friends. One yr didn't buy me any Christmas presents because he had no money yet he made alot of money on
Ebay. Everyone tells me to divorce him, what do you think? By the way he has been out of work for 6yrs. We fight constantly, he
has called me evey name in the book plus fat, lazy and useless.
What would you do???

i know i have posted a couple of questions regarding this matter, but i guess i need more advisement. i also know this is not the way to find advice, but i feel that maybe if it came from normal people, it might help me. and this is my only choice for now. my husband , mid eastern, married 9 years, no kids, does not give me the feeling that he loves me. i talk myself into thinking he does for 9 years. why doesn't he love me? i am always improving myself to look better, always made sacrifices for him, worked hard for him, loved him as much as i could, and nothing pays off. i have invested so much in this marriage. he has no interest in me. i have met his family overseas and they like me. i am open minded as far as his culture is concerned so that is not the issue either. i never feel good enough for him. he does not even appreciate all that i have done for him. so why is it so hard to let go of him? i cant leave him, i feel so sad. there is no talking to him. what to do..

My ex-boyfriend and I are still best friends, we did the long distance thing but I trust him with everything I am. There was this other woman at the time that we were together that would say and do horrible things regarding me in order to get rid of me, she would follow him, pretty much stalking, and was referred to by tons of people as a ticking time bomb. She now claims that they are married and the babies she had are his. The day she claims they got married he called and talked to me 3 times, for well over an hour each time. I'm not buying her story, he calls me all the time, and would still do anything in this world for me. Is it really possible that they got married and everyone is that good at pretending they are not?

he is trying to eliminate as much time that i spend with my son as possible. When i asked him why he is doing this he said "i miss you" i dumped him like 6 yrs ago and now he is using my son against me. he has favor with the judge because he is a sheriff deputy i guess but this man has gotten away with so much in the court. i was never ever declared unfit mother at all the only thing is that im poor income is about minimum wage and dad makes $20.00 hr 12 hr shifts. he also lives with his motherr at age 35 yr i have my own place which is very nice both my boys the 5 yr old im fighting with my ex for and my 12 yr old have their own rooms i have food for them and clothing etc... the judge recently changed our custody arrangement with me having to pick up and drop off my son from school pick ups at 11:30 am every wed then i have to drop him off at 7:30 am for school thurs which is the next day and every 1,2,4 fri i pick him up after school and take him back to school on mon at 7:30am this

My husband and I are in the middle of a divorce because he was unfaithful. The only time he offers financial help to me and our son is when I go out of my way to be nice/civil to him. I feel guilty because I feel like I am being nice just to have a good outcome in court when I really am furious and don't want to speak to him at all unless it has to do with our son. Is it wrong for me to act overly-nice to him to produce a good outcome for my son and I in court?

I have been divorced for about i am gonna guess and say maybe 10, 11, years... so long i even forgot... since than dozens of proposals .... enough flowers to fill giants stadium... I just wanna know if there are other divorces out there in a similar circumstance... why divorced so long...

We were at a party and our long time freind was inside the house reading a book, when my husband kept saying to her ' come out here" I was getting fed up because he wouldn't listen to me. Then he kept going in the house to talk to her. I went inside and told him to plug something and he had to pick up an extention that was next to her. But when he picked up the cord he tapped her on the leg and looked at her as he went up. I got so mad because I knew he did it on purpose so I took him to the bathroom and he denyed the whole thing. I was furious! He said that he never tapped her. and I was just...with out words because I know what i saw. What would you have done?
By the way i ignored him the rest of the night and now it's in the past but when we get together I just seem to watch his every move around her. i don't want to say i'm jelous it's just the things that he does. I don't feel they are appropiate.

and i dont know what to do, i cant send or contact her, she left me for another man ,and after one week she is trying to contact me bye sending for me emails with nothing wriaten just our pictuer togather , what dose that mean , she used to call me evry night crying hard cus she love me badly and she want me to be with her..but before one week she left me ..and for another man ,she says evry thing is changed now and i promissed her not to stop in her way if that what she want ..now she is trying to contact me after one week from that and tomorrow her birthday ,dont know what to do?
