I have been divorced for about i am gonna guess and say maybe 10, 11, years... so long i even forgot... since than dozens of proposals .... enough flowers to fill giants stadium... I just wanna know if there are other divorces out there in a similar circumstance... why divorced so long...

there are some like myself that enjoy the freedom of not being married. I go and come as I please,without "checking in",drink a beer if I want,and don't have to put the toilet seat down.

Since my divorce, financially it is way worse, but that is okay.
Emotionally it is way better. I now know that I am really a person.
I have a better relationship with my mother, because I couldn't visit her before without him attached.
I have a better relationship with my grown children, because he was an abusive husband, (they didn't know)
I have better friends, that like me, for me.
I have a man in my life that treats me with love and respect.

I was, now remarried after 12 yeras, yu just have to be patient and wait for the right one, that's what takes so long waiting on the right one.
