well its because they want to be with someone...their afraid that they might grow old all alone

Because many feel that's what they are "supposed" to do...they've got some weird idea that their life isn't right if they don't marry (and have kids)...
Some are needy, so they settle for someone who they find acceptable, because they fear they won't meet someone who really is a good match...
I had an 'oops' marriage myself (over a decade ago)...I had that stupid worry that it might be my 'last chance'...I learned real quick that it didn't matter...I'd rather be single the rest of my life, than with someone and unhappy...
Some people would rather be unhappily in a relationship, than single, because they haven't learned how to be happy on their own...and they confuse alone and lonely...

There may be 3 billion marriage partners for someone in the world, but it does not follow that we have access to all of them.
People make the best choices they can find.
Some people have more to choose from, others have better bait, and some have lower expectations.
The lower the expectation, the happier a person is likely to be.
Plus ignorance is bliss and love is blind...all good things to keep marriage possible.

could be any reason at all, who knows, I am not them, I never been married so, and if it recalls be unhappy with someone, I rather be single for the rest of my life, no need to waste money on a wedding that you will need more money to get a divorce after so who knows ask the person who is getting married if there not sure the other half is not the right person or not, maybe doing it to get drunk lmao!

The view on the world has changed extremely in the past several of years. Now its not as much, but before it was because they are under alot of pressure to get married and have kids. now they are looked as normal people even if they dont get married, so its not as much anymorw

because some people like the title of being married -but if your not sure -DO NOT get married -it will always end up in cheating and or divorce

Because it's a generalized way of thinking. Oh, look...I'm out of school. What next? Better get married, and have and start on a litter of my own. Everybody else is doing it!

Some people think it is just the thing to do. You know they go to college, get the job, and then they think they must be married.
Others think that they will die if they do not have somebody.
Some people actually are just in love but are uneasy about taking such a big step.

Some people are afraid to be alone. They need that constant of another person all the time to feel secure. And this happens because they have low self esteem.

Mostly I think it is emotional security. Don't like being alone. I gives them someone to be with.
