Doesnt matter whether its a skirt or dress w/stockings or not. What makes me feel sexier is the look of the dress or skirt and I am not talking about showing alot of skin either. If it makes me feel elagent w/just a bit of cleavage or back showing. Nothing real long nor real short...enough to show some leg off w/class. A nice heel to lengthen the leg and makes you walk w/confidence. I prefer no pantyhose or stockings.

If the skirt and dress were the same length and style (A-Line, flared, pencil....) then it wouldn't matter.
Garters with stocking are much sexier than pantyhose, especially if she isn't wearing any panties :-)
