In a more extreme form of joint custody called Bird Nesting, instead of the parents having Joint Custody, the child has it of the parents. Ted Nugent did this with his children. The children remain in one home, while each parent lives there for 2-4 weeks, than they switch. They rent a room, live with parents, or make other arrangements for the down time. In many of the cases I've seen the parents rent a two-bedroom apartment, with each having their own locked room.

The parents are restricted from having any more children, until the first are grown, having a live-in or overnight guest with whom they are sexually involved. They split all the costs of the children's home with some variances based on utility usage.

This does mean the parents have to be very cooperative, but it means they are equally inconvenienced. The children don't get moved around. They keep their own rooms, friends, school, etc. I've seen maybe 100 such cases, with only one not working.

since the spring of 2002 i have had deep feelings and a lot of emotional moments with a very "happily married man" 4 years later i see him focasing on another.to let you know in the past 4 years my husband sensed but could not nail me with evidence.he divorced me in june 2004. now i still work with this happily married man yes i am jealous he luvs another but if i reveal my affair with him i and him could lose alot of senority/the only reason i know he is close to another is everthing i did with him she is doing now i can see it in his eyes and hers. the only difference is she is 25 years old with 3 children under 7 years old and married with a husband and they are deeply religious.another thing i have noticed is that this man has included his "crush" into his family life (so inocent wife included)her husband is as wise as can be and shows up when expected to make sure things dont go on. i know his plays and can catch them .if i do catch them should i finally spill my guts?

I've been married for 14 years. We are happy but lately we have too busy for each other, she works days and I work nights. She has erotic books and I have the internet from time to time. I don't drink or smoke and have never touched drugs. Sometimes I just need an outlet besides magazines and movies.Something interactive. Am I wrong to feel guilty?

So quit with your goddamn bullshit whining questions about your man looking at porn or your man jerking off.

How. do you feel you have to be one way in certain situations, and different in others? Do you admit this regularly or struggle with it? this is open to anything you have to say.

I cant go on like this. I married my husband a year ago... and I had four children from a previous marriage. He has a daughter. Together we have a baby girl now... and another baby girl on the way... by TOTAL freak accident. HE tells me to leave every other day... when he is pissed... but he says it so much, I am wondering If I should. He suppossedly got hurt at work, he hurt his rotor cuff in his arm, but yet he can still do everything he used to do... so now we are suffering financially. Everytime I turn around he is telling me to get my *** out and get a job and to collect more money from my ex-husband to aid in the kids, etc... and blames all our financial fall outs on this boys father, saying things like, " Call your dad and get the money!" My children dont even have properly what they need. He takes the child support and we use it on bills. Our church pays our food and other bills. He provides 2000 dollars a month total. The last comment he made was....

Two years ago, my ex-wife left me for another man while I was in Iraq. She had a kid with the idiot but has never remarried. She still calls every now and then and I just want to know why?

She insists that she regrets what happened but that she has to make do with what she has. She still makes comments on how she misses "this and that" about me. Yet, when i try to tell her that I still love her, she gets cold on me and then she doesn't call for a long time.

I don't want to hurt anymore so I am just trying to be cordial and I don't want to get personal. Guess I am just trying to be distant so she doesn't hurt me anymore. The truth is that I still love her with all my heart and I can't just NOT talk to her. My heart races when she calls and I hear her voice. But I just don't want her to hurt me again.

I just can't... and won't cut her loose.

Do I continue to keep the lines of communication open, or what?
