ask yourself if you love your wife very much. and i would said that we can be friend and don't do something stupid. like sleep with them. if they want more then friends then ignored

Check on your own behavior first... do you always sound inviting, flirting away? Are you always being too nice to women making them feel so right about you? For a start, observe your own body language... eg. close proximity while talking to female colleagues? Or perhaps, you have good wits, or someone with high esteems... not that I am saying they are bad points. But, single women found married, capable, successful & high self-esteem men appealing to them. Affairs make the women feel they are more desirable then other women (include the wives) and on the other hand the affairs boost the confidence of the married men. Some married men involved in affairs found emotional satisfaction, not always only for sex.

Don't do your thinking with your little head. If the women try picking you up take it as a compliment, But don't do anything more. To be safe keep your comments to yourself. Your not going to get in trouble that way. Word can get back to your wife. Or with the various sexual harassment charges that fly around the work place you don't need that brought up in your life.
You married this person for a reason. Try to make the best of it. If they don't care about your marriage, it's up to you to protect it. It's all about self control.

1st, are you sure they're trying to flirt with you, or are they just being nice? Not sure? Then ask, "Are you trying to flirt with me?"
2nd, some women are attrated to married men b/c they see they're capapble of commitment, and want a piece of the action. Not stoping to think about the fact that If you were to cheat on your wife w/ them, then you're not very commited after all. (Stupid trifflin' ho's!)
3rd, If it's that big a problem and specific women keep doing it over and over, then tell your boss. Men can file sexual harrasment too ya know.
The important thing is don't let this get out of hand and become a wedge between you and your wife. Put a stop to it now.

Woman are attracted to what they cant have. They will also find the fact that you are obviously not afraid of commitment. Just show them the finger.... the one with the wedding ring and they should back off. If they dont, threaten sexual harrasment. If that fails, a restraining order is helpful.
Dont cheat on your wife. Think about when you grow old... You dont want to lose your wife and be lonely just because you cheated on her. Dont get divorced. when you said 'I do', it's forever! Love your wife. You will know what to do when the next girl approaches you. Learn from someone elses mistakes. The nights are so cold when someone loses his wife.

Be faithful to your wife, dont go for the sluts.
Any women trys to pick up married man, will pick up on another married man later, how can you trust them enough to have a relationship.

IF YOU TRULY LOVE YOUR WIFE, THEN YOU SHOULD EXPRESS TO THE OTHER WOMAN AT WORK HOW YOU FEEL. MAYBE THE OTHER WOMAN ARE JUST TRYING TO SEE HOW FAR YOUR WILLING TO GO
