Most solicitors do a free half an hour advice. My husband and I have used this method many times. Also the Citizens Advice Bureau. Good luck, hope you get the help you want.

He wont get sole custody of her, you've been her sole service. talking in "criminal words" in case you could teach him to be an undeserving father, then you truthfully may get complete custody..choose usually wont supply complete custody to at least one figure except the different is shown undeserving, and usually neglects and is actual with the newborn. yet from what you've wrote, in case you tell all of that to the choose, how he has abused you, and screamed even as your daughter would cry, and has not bathed her, etc; then there will be a danger you receives complete custody and the most he receives it supervised visits. If he has been actual with you, i noticeably doubt any choose in there precise ideas will enable a baby flow contained in the care of someone who's violent. yet you're the mummy, and the only service who's continuously with the newborn receives custody right now away, except you've been the single shown to be undeserving. Judges also favor to ensure evidence of each little thing, so something you could carry to courtroom hostile to him, will make your case that a lot extra constructive. record telephone calls, take pictures of bruises if he has left every person you, keep texts, emails, record fights in case you could. all the great to you, do not worry, he wont get her, and don't be scared to leave him, there are countless men accessible who're gents! the faster you leave him, the happier you'd be and your daughter knows once you're less than pressure and it places rigidity on her! Do the right element! good success, yet you wont like it! Carley.xo

The local social security office they can trace whether hes working or claiming benefits and they will let you know whether you can claim child support, but they wont give you his address as this information wil be covered by the data protection act.If you have the money get a private eye.I dont think a solicitor will be able to trace him either unless its for a divorce or something criminal, why not try the missing persons bureau they can place a free ad.

Look in the phone book for "Legal Aid" for your city. They usually have intake where they will screen you to see if you qualify for free legal services. Then contact the Dept. Of Human Services to see if you qualify for aid of any kind, Food Stamps, Medicaid for the children, or any monetary aid. Good luck to you and God Bless you. I was in your shoes 35 years ago and I made it through with help from those agencies.
