Your not expecting your marriage to fail but 70% of marriages do fail (in Australia anyway), it's just insurance, if 70% of houses in your area were damaged by cyclones wouldn't you get insurance against storm damage...Of course you would ; )

Pre-nups are a way of saying someone has a trust issue and also may indeed say "when things get tough, I am outta here". A relationship is the coming together of two imperfect people who are committed to making a wonderful relationship. Relationships take work and it is SO worth the effort!
