People change all the time. Years ago he was what you needed and and you were able to make it work. After both of you going through your changes you just couldn't keep it going. I think we all have that one person that we end up shaking our heads about and wondering how and why. Good-luck.

I remember I was when this one guy from the time I was 14 till I was 17 I got engaged to this man and we had a daughter together I never thought I could ever stop loving this man I mean I lost my virginity to him I had that much love for him at the time but when I turned 2 months pregnant he did run off on me but still I cried and cried over him and missed him and felt I still loved him then one day I woke up and I didn't feel a thing for him I just quit caring about him I don't have any feelings for him at all although we have a daughter together I still don't care for him he ran off on me and my daughter and he never once visited her or called about her or thought about her on holidays and birthdays but just one day I woke and I didn't care anymore nothing was wrong with you you were just young like me and thought you knew what you was doing we all make mistakes maybe you quit caring like I did cause really you know the guy wasn't right for you

There is nothing wrong with you. That's life. You were suppose to go through that. Maybe to learn a lesson or the better yourself. See each frog we kiss and stay with we know who not to date later. He has paved the way for Mr. Right if you haven't already met him. And to answer your other question, you weren't thinking; you were in love. Love is blind, sometimes to the point of stupidity ( no punt in tended)

You don't know what love is. Love is FOREVER. People throw that word around like a frisbie- and it looses ALL meaning. We should all think about it - before we say "I LOVE YOU".....

You bilked an older man for his money now you want some younger stuff. Perhaps worse yet, you want a tumble with a woman. Thanks for making feel good about my pre-nup!!!

You changed, you matured, you discovered more about yourself. Those changes affected your feelings for him.
