Marriage & Divorce - 4 August 2006

His 2nd marriage is failing and he's realized the grass wasn't greener on the other side. He flirts with me and he's said before he would like to come back to me, the mother of his kids. The only problem is I don't know what his real motive is in coming back. I would love to have him back if he'd act right, and the kids would love it if he came back. Should I give it another chance?

I just haven't felt right since I've been divorced. It's a really lonely feeling. I can't get used to being away from the kids when they're at their dads. It's been 5 years now, and I've never gotten use to it. I stopped dating altogether because I can't trust anyone. Are there any other divorced moms out there who can relate?

Doe's how much I need to pay for an apartment, my vehicle payment and all my other expenses determind how much child support I pay? I live in Connecticut. I earn $52k yr and she earns $23k yr. I am expected to pay $640 per month, seems a little high to me just for 1 child.

ok my ex walked out on me 6 mth ago. fine ok i have wanted to accept that however heres what has happened and am i right to be confused of her true feelings?
i still love her want to work it out.
she says one minute she does not know if she loves me then says she does not love me.
she says she does not want a relationship ever again with anyone.
she says there is no chance, then turns round and says she sometimes thinks it could work but i done this and that so no.
she hangs around with this guy on the internet and says there is nothing in it i have tried to be mature and accept there just friends but even still they together online all the time she wont even talk to me except about the kids online.
she first said it wasnt over but i had to leave her alone?
she then starts out of the blue been friends with me again i mention this guy and she then says look dont bother?

am i right her and this guy is maybes in love even though they have never met?if not why would she do this?

I try to talk to her about this guy or about the pain i feel and she has nothing to say.We have twin girls together,4 years old.She blaims me for everything.I am a civilan contractor in Iraq.She works with this man that she is seeing and claimes to be in love with him.I have been in Iraq for 11 months and she started drinking with this guy at bars two weeks after i left.I want answers from her but get nothing.I feel allot of guilt for what has happened to us but i also feel i haven't done anything to daserve this.I am a good Christan man who absolutly loved my wife and family.Until i came to Iraq she and I never spent one night apart.I am confused and need answers.

I love my man dont get me wrong but i cheat. I was totaly faithfull the first nine years we were together. Then i found out he was sleepin with the babysitter so we split up for a year and now we are back together and i dont know what my problem is. Thanks for all your comments about my previous question I ask about fathers rights. Does anyone know since my wife is playing this game of taking my daughter from me and only letting me see her when she works, Dont I have every right to just keep her at my house and let my wife see her when i work? Kind of like what she is doing to me right now. There has been no order of custody and we havent even filled for divorce yet. I was just wondering if that was legal. i just dont see how she can do it, and I cant. thanks for your help

I have been seeing this guy for about 2 month and we want to go up in the next level of our realtionship. The only problem is that he is married. He keeps telling me that he is going to file for divorce, but he says that he hasn't had time. He just quit his job and the only other thing that he has to do every day is go to school from 5pm to 10pm. She is an internet addict, never cleans the house or herself. So when I went to work I hid the cord to computer. I returned home and my car window was busted. She said I had no right to touch her computer. So does this mean I have to put up with her lazy self? I told her I would divorce her...but I cannot afford child support. For instance, he is been working in traveling job for a while now. He likes to work in traveling job for that he should be away from me and my 2 yr old whole week. Therefore, he fly back home once in a week to be with us only for a day.However, when his 2 yrs old and me we tell that we r going to come along with u this week he makes so many excuses, he says the ticket is not available, his project has not signed for further next week, so many other rubbish excuses list goes on. Why is that? But he just wants to come once in a week and have a rest at home? And he will ask me to keep ready his suitcase for the week days ahead, cook for him, all his needs.Me and my 2 yr old is not getting anything except over the weekend looking after his needs, moreover he never play with his 2 yr old he is always with computer. Alot of fathers work hard to pay their child support, provide insurance, and spend time with their children, while their ex-wives blow child support money on themselves. End result is the children go with out.

Should child support be accounted for ? If some one is reciving child support should child support recovery atleast make sure it is being used correctly, and possibly help determine if the mother of the children really cares or is just using them for a second income.
