I am going through a divorce and she has been granted temporary custody of the two youngest children. She immediately moved to Minnesota and over 350 miles away. Can Wisconsin enforce their order for visitation and if so how difficult is it to enforce if she's in another state?

Unfortunately, you will also need to file a petition in the courts in Minnesota. Wisconsin can try to enforce their order, but what good does it do if she is that far away?
