i had a good friend on the net but i was warned that he is a big liar...maybe even about who he is. i confronted him and he said he doesn't lie. but i feel sure he is still lying about small things. otherwise he has always been a great friend...i never had a friend like him before.....

He already owes me almost $2000 and says they're going to cut off his electricity if he doesn't come up with $200 immediately.

He doesn't work and mooches off the military by taking college classes, which they pay him to go, and gets disability. His wife has never worked, ever, and gets child support.

This guy is 30 (I've know him since we were 13) and has already filed bankruptcy twice, now he's looking for a way to file a thrid time by using a failed business that he dumped all of his inheritance into which lasted about 3 months before losing everything due to poor money management. I gave him business advice and he did the exact opposite, I really tried to help but he actually took offense to my suggestions and cautions.

I feel sorry for him and his family but, all of him money problems are his own doing. This isn't just a slump for him, he is too stubborn to see his faults and definitely hasn't learned anything from them.

More than likely, I won't get any of this money back.

I get really happy over little things, like someone opening the door or a song, but I also get depressed really quickly too, and I tend to stay depressed for a really long time...but the thing is I tend to hide it from my friends and family, so is this a bad thing? I don't have any control over my emotions and it is driving me crazy? Is this normal? And how do I explain this to my friends?

Today is my 30th birthday and though the day before me and my friend and her bf went to a casino and lost and was not fun . Today is my birthday . My one friends and girlfriend want to go out to the bar and get drunk and the other want to run to every casino possible and gamble. By the sounds of it I am going to end up going bowling on my birthday , using a free 2 hr bowling coupon i had from awhile ago.
This is not suppose to be like this , I had big plans !! fun !! This is my one and only time i turning 30 and is a milstone and it seems like no family or friends are giving a party or doing anything . I am bummed out totally and it is almost 4am on my birthday . What should I do ?? I want to have fun and it I am upset cause it going to end up being boring , dull and quiet . I basiclly broke and the moment and my friends are not far behind ... as far as i know . Any ideas that will make my birthday rock ?

I get home from school and do my work and homework. and i walk into my mothers room and she is screamin at my sister on the phone she gets off the phone and starts yelling at me all the time.. about everything. she will get madd at anyone and yells at me for it. and i dont understand why and it makes me feel like **** when she does. and its not even me that is makin her madd. she just yells at me about anything...

My 13yr old daughter has been friends with a girl for about 8yrs now. I personnaly never cared for her because she was always mouthy and acts like she ownes my house when she comes over. But anyway for the 5th time now in the past year she has bullied my daughter, called her names, and tried to start physical fights with her. My daughter keeps accepting her apologies but I cant anymore. I explained to my daughter that I cant pick and choose her friends but I can choose to have in my house and I wont allow this friend of hers into my home anymore. My daughter thinks I'm being to dramatic and is pissed off at me. Do I stand my ground or give in? I dont hate her friend but want to teach her a lesson that she cant do that **** since her parents wont.

This guy is a twin,hes really hot,and the other twin is a girl,i'm friends with her.they are like opposites,hes tall,shes not,etc...anyway,she found out i like him,and she told him.she also told me that he said something negative about me but wouldn't tell me what it was.she said i should ask him...

I need some spiritual upbuilding.
There are times, that I am angry for my daughter,
"leaving her child w/ me."
My life, is not my life anymore (per se);
I don't get to be grandma.
Plz steer me to Scriptures, that can help me;
1~ quell the emotion. 2~find solace, in what my life is now.
This emotion, is far from me; most of the time.
I am sick; I have some serious health issues.
I am tired; I have not had a day, let alone 6 hours w/out the beautiful baby by my side; in more than 6 mos.
Please help me to find Peace.
I will most likely, be keeping the child for years to come.

I have friend who I have been friends with since middle school. When I first met her, we were in Social Studies class in the 7th grade and I was making paper stars by cutting up looseleaf. She took my stars and crushed them and threw them on the floor. We've stayed "good friends" after that. In 9th grade, we both were in the bathroom in the gym, and I was pushing my hair in a ponytail when she looked over at me and said, "You are fat. Just FAT."

Now, two grades later, I took off my glasses after having them on since the 3rd grade, and I put in colored Honey contacts. I have long hair, naturally, but I decided to put in long curly tracks with blonde highlights. After that, everyone started noticing me. (This happened recently.)

Everyone said I looked great, but surprise, surprise, here comes "Friend" who says, "What are you doing with that horse weave? Yuck!" I felt crazy inside.

Why the heck is she critisizing me like that? A real friend wouldn't do that, now would they..?

So there's this guy in your school that you haven't seen for a very long time. You almost forgot about him until that one year. You try to look for him and see if you remember that one guy. Then you start liking him. What do you do? All your friends said that you should go talk to him the way I did with most of my friends now. okay. im a girl and i guess you could say im a little shy. but lately i feel like a total outsider at school. my friends all seem to either ditch me, or we just dont connect like we used to. my one best friend was like ignoring me today. i just dont know where to turn. like i have a ton of guy friends but i just dont feel accepted in my groups of girl friends. today i joined a club to make some new friends, but i felt like i didnt belong. im not trying to sound all b-itchy, but im not ugly or weird or fat. im just a normal girl trying to make it thru high school. so what do i do? should i change my personality or something so im more outspoken/outgoing? i feel so alone at school and a total loner.

hey- i have a really good friend and i really like spending time with her, but sometimes I will say something she doesn't agree with or she thinks i'm wrong about and she will really get defensive about what she thinks is right.
i'm the kind of person that is pretty relaxed about other peoples opinions, so it bothers me, because i don't like the tension it causes. i also don't like feeling like what i think isn't valuable, too, or that i just might be right!!
how do i deal in this situation without making things awkward? (especially when it's about something that i know i'm right about, because it really bothers me but i don't want to push it because she'll just get more argumentative)
