i had a good friend on the net but i was warned that he is a big liar...maybe even about who he is. i confronted him and he said he doesn't lie. but i feel sure he is still lying about small things. otherwise he has always been a great friend...i never had a friend like him before.....

I say its okay to still communicate with him if its all in fun and good convers, but you shouldn't trust everything he says. if others have warned you about him then please listen. don't forget ppl can and will lie to you with a straight face. if he can lie about small things then he will lie about big things.

if u like him as a friend and as u said, u've never had a friend like him before, u probably shouldnt give up the friendship u have with him for some rumor that u can not prove.
keep on being his friend, just be cautious in case what people said about him is true.
by the way, keep in mind that people also change, maybe u used to be a big liar before, but he changed, u never know. maybe because he cares for u he hasnt lie to u, but since he doesnt care about them, he tells them lie. there's million of reason that u will never know if he's a liar or not. only he himselft knows, and if he's lying he would not confess that he's lying.
and another thing, sometimes, people just have to lie, maybe not big lies but just small white lies to get what they want. but i know that people does not ALWAYS lie, i mean, u lie when u need to or when u want to, but it's not like he's going to tell u lies 24/7.
dont comfront him again about this, it will end ur friendship. just be careful in what u want to trust and what dont.
hope that everything it's just a rumor and nothing more.
