i've planned never 2 tell her i loved her coz am sure she'll get upset.is it the definition of true love?

we are classmates.now she calls me her bro or friend.i am deep in love with her.i've seen 2 of other friends falling 4 her,not gaining her heart but losing her friendship 4 ever..i am 100%sure she'll get desperate much more than she got from those two bcoz i am closer to her than they were.she regards me as sb to whom she can sympathize about friends who keep falling for her;i can not imagine anyone to whom she can sympathize about me falling 4 her.we r 2 more years together in university.i want to be at her side and protect her,even if she gets engaged with a boy,i want to protect him too.i dont know wut will happen to me after bidding farewell in the last day without letting her know my real feelings.i cant tell her about my love even after finishing university;she may need my help as a friend or bro then,too.even thinking about the last days make my eyes rain.i cant risk upsetting her;wanna always make her laugh,wanna be invited to her marriage n c her laughing in those white robes,

I've dealt with this before. Thats why I'm fast to get the word "love" out there asap. I let them know, i'm a lover, I love my friendes, and the fact is I love them. Weather that means I'm going to marry them or have sex isn't the point, I let them know. But the fact that I care what happens and I feel for that, proves that I love them. Thats the nature of friendships. With that out in the open I can concentrate on just that, loving them and being honest about it. BUT its important to not let that confuse you. Love and marriage are two different things. You can have one with out the other, we just don't know how to. Whats important is that you don't disillison yourself into believing the only way you can love her is if she is your one and only, thats conditional love and is less then friendship actually. The fact is the only reason you guys should come to that point of "oneness" of being each others till you die. Is when you BOTH can agree thats the best thing, but thats separte of the love buddy.
