this girl in 2 of my pers. she stare at me but when i turn around she looks away.And when i try talk to her she doesnt say much back.

Here are some physical signs to see if a girl/woman likes you
She raises or lowers the volume of her voice to match yours.
She rubs her chin or touches her cheek. This indicates that she's thinking about you and her relating in some way...
She winks at you while talking to you or winks at you from a distance.
She exposes the palms of her hand facing you.

Well she stares at you cause she loves you and she doesn't want you to know so she turns away and she doesn't talk much back to you because shes nervous about talking to you because she doesn't want you to say you don't like her or something mean to break her heart.

I know this girl stares at me to, and then i look at here and she or me looks away, but she never acknowledges it and i think she likes this other kid and only talks to me when theres not many people around, also she talks to me a lot on the pc.

Probably, she's probably just shy. That's what many shy girls do. They are afraid to look you in the eye, and are also trying to avoid you from thinking that they like you. To tell you the truth, most girls are afraid of being teased and/or you not liking them. So if you do find she likes you, you probably shouldn't bring it up unless you like her also.

She likes you dude. Ask her out if you like her too. Hopefully everything will turn out good. If she doesn't like you though, move on and find some other girl. There are plenty of fish in the sea.

She might just be a shy girl. If so, she does like you. Maybe a lot, maybe a little. One can never tell. But make her laugh, talk about her to others and learn about her: what she likes, what she doesn't like, her petpeeves, and her favorite flower.

You got hit the nail on the head, she likes you but is shy. You want her to talk to you, make her feel comfortable, ask her about stuff she likes (this will work for the rest of your life).

Probably not, usually girls will talk to you and mess around with you if they like you, the only exception is if they are shy, ask her friends

This is a very tough situation...
If you REALLLY like her than you will have to talk to one of her friends and get a date or get SOME FEEDBACK if she likes you
if you dont really care than just let whatever happens happen
