Family - March 2007

my mom has insane mood swings. my step mom tells me when and when i cant come to my dads. my dad wont listen to me. My mom really is unstable she is always goping out to see boyfirends on school nights and doesnt come back till 1 am. if you say anything she doesnt want to hear she screams and yells and cusses and hits me. waht should i do. im not trying to whine i just dont know what to do anymore.

My dad and I have had a rocky relationship since my parent's divorce. I can't forget the abuse in the house before the divorce, but still tried to patch things up a bit. Forgive and forget, you know, but he keeps giving me new reasons to not want to talk to him. He visited last year, Sep or Oct sometime, for a couple days. When he left he said he'd be back in a week. He didn't show and never called. Then just today he sent an email about basically nothing but I had a question for him relating to the email. I replied to his email with my question and told him about an awesome job I landed a couple weeks ago. My mom had been urging me to tell him about it and call about nothing before hand but I didn't want to because he didn't even call to let me know he'd not be back. So, he replies to my reply, but not one word is in relation to my good job news. What the f?
Am I wrong?
Does this sound too juvenile?

Ok... Im visiting my grandparents for spring break. My older brother, younger brother and mom are with me. It started out ok, i mean the first couple days were fun. But lately Im just not having any fun. No ofense to my brothers but they like to play video games, or sit and watch tv. Im the exact opposite, I wanna go play in the park, or go on a run. They dont! Doing stuff with my mom is just sad. I wanna go home but I don't know how to tell my mom. My dad could fly me home with frequent flyer miles..... I dont know what to do..... With no girls and no fun what do i do????

this has been going on for a veery long time. whenever i practice at home, my sister would do anything from throwing cereal at me to making a lot of noise. her personal favorite is clapping or stamping really hard, throwing off my rhythm. even my metronome isn't loud enough! if she did this all the time, i wouldn't blame her. this attitude however only emerges when i practice. also, she's very careful in not letting my parents know whats up and denies the whole thing when i try to talk to them.

i hope i don't make her sound too bratty, but omg plz help me find a solution

so my mom left to work and she has a password on the computer and i dont know it, purposely, so i dont use it. and she told me not to even try to get on it. my dad didnt know that my mom doesnt want me to use the computer. so he said if i finish all my homework and read a book he will let me use the computer. so he left somewhere and when he came back i said i finished my homework and read a book. then he put in the password for the computer and let me use it. but now i feel horrible because i havent done ANY of my homework and havent read anything AT ALL. so i guess my question is..what do you think about all of this?? and i really dont want to get off the computer...

friend just came back from a family funeral and said that there were many children present(The person that died was elderly)..She said that even thought it was a family member that died, the kids should not have been exposed to something like that...She said the casket was closed.

My sister is 14 now she use to be a sweet but mean girl. Never had an attitude problem and most of the times she listens to me, but now she is hang around the wrong people and has an attitude problem to me, my friends and my dad. ok. my dad thinks my younger brother is better than me. but i think carson is gay {but thats not the problem} any way because carson is a guy and im a girl and i cant do anything because of that. i want to do wrestiling, but my dad says i am a girl and i cant do that. but my brother who is smaller, skinnier, and stupider can do wrestiling and foot ball and yada yada. is my dad sexist against girls??? p.s. sexist means that you think the oppisite sex is better than the other.

My sister has stolen money from her soon to be mother-in-law. It was a pure desparated situation, only done once. She has gradually earned back her trust. However, she stole a few quarters from a jar in the house, for laundry. She has done this before by her fiance telling her that it was okay. I have a sis who is a millionair - (no kidding). She's younger than me, but she wants to "scold" me all the time. It's driving me nutz, however, I would like to get along. My mom is smack in the middle most of the time (she loves us both the same), but my million dollar sis has much more to offer mom. It's just weird. I don't even know if this is a question. Anyone else out there my age, work full time, raised a family, and married.... but still having sister problems... It's just weird.

I just got back from Iraq and found out my 16 year old has been extremley disrespectful. He got caught smoking in school, got in fights, and cussed at my wife. I lectured him and grounded him, but its not working. I was running late to work this morning and while I was coming down the stairs he pushed down his mother. I had little panic attack and told him to get his *** to school, cause when he got home I was going to use the belt on him. I know he's to old to be spanked, but this is the only measure I can think of doing. I don't want to spank him on his bare bottom, he hit puberty, but he's going to be hit. I havn't spanked him since he was 7 so he doesn't know what he's in for. Should I use my belt, what position do I need to put him in. I already can tell u he's going to put up a struggle, but he needs to be punished. Please help!

ok. my sister is older than me. so she gets more priviledges. i am ok with that. until when my mom says jessie (sister) gets more time on the computer or like when i used to go on the computer alot, my sister got to go on more 2. until jessie was on longer. i say this to my mom and she says stop tattiling on your sis! she says im still on longer. she always lets her off the hook. and my sister didnt let me in my own basement. my mom was okay with it. its really bugging me. i talk to my mom but it doesnt help. ?????????????
