so my mom left to work and she has a password on the computer and i dont know it, purposely, so i dont use it. and she told me not to even try to get on it. my dad didnt know that my mom doesnt want me to use the computer. so he said if i finish all my homework and read a book he will let me use the computer. so he left somewhere and when he came back i said i finished my homework and read a book. then he put in the password for the computer and let me use it. but now i feel horrible because i havent done ANY of my homework and havent read anything AT ALL. so i guess my question is..what do you think about all of this?? and i really dont want to get off the computer...

So, does your Dad know that your Mom doesn't let you use the computer? If so, then your Dad needs to respect your mother's boundries and not let you on the computer. If he doesn't know, then they need to communicate better... with each other. And, you! If you truly feel guilty, then you would get off the computer and apologize for manipulating your father, and then tell your mother that you are sorry for going behind her back. Perhaps you can discuss allowing monitored computer time, where you can log onto the computer to do what you need to do. But, all in all, you need to be honest and respect both of your parents.

No wonder your mom won't let you use the computer. Here is the solution you'd like to hear:
Tell your mom to stay out of your business. You have a right to use that computer. You are entitled by the mere fact that you exist to use anything in that house anytime you wish and they have no say. It's your world. They live in it and need to play their part according to your rules.
Here's what I would tell you if you were my kid. Get your rear end off my PC right now. When you bring straight A's home, reach 18, move out, get a job and pay your own bills then I might let you watch me use the computer over my shoulder if and only if you rub my feet first. Now SCAT!!!

Gotta tell you, as a Mom, that Mom's ALWAYS find out. If you are mature enough to talk to her and confess your mistruth, chances are, she'll open up a dialogue because you showed enough maturity to 'fess up. It's always worse if you're found out the hard way. Mom's do these things because she wants the best for her kids. Show her you are mature enough to do the right thing, even when it's hard, and it's a good possibility she'll work something out. By the way, computers aren't going to get you into college unless you are going into the field...and quite frankly, better do your homework if you want THAT to happen! Honesty is always the best policy!

Ok, how old are you? you sound like your 10 or 9 or something. why doesnt your mom let you use the computer? and you shouldn't be on here if you are too young to be here, and if you didn't finish your homework or "read a book". go do your homework little kid. it's almost beddy-bye time. :)

one thing its not right to lied to youre own parents that you didnt even did youre home work or even try to read any books ? that not very good thing what yo u did it was a very bad thing . plus why, you had lied to youre dad first place you know its even you did that still you wont even had the free time to learn something even finshed up youre school work early after school . now, what you feel about it that you didnt even did the home work i bet you feel upset that you broked youre mom promissed that she had told you nt to use her computer but you just go head use it and didnt even wait til she comes home after work and then you can ask her if its alright to use the computer. instead , but what happen if you had a kid of youre own would you like it if youre kid was playing with youre own things even you had said no you cant .

u should have just did ur homework n read the book then u could have gotten on but if ur mom told u not to get on then u shouldnt have dont go ask ur dad becuz if they find out what u did they probably wont be able to trust u anymore

BEST ADVISE:
1-Complete the homework.
2-Read the book.
3-Think on what you have done and repent about lying and chating your parents. See the consecuences and why you parent didn't want you use the pc.
4-Confess your mistake to your parents.
6-Tell them you are going to do more of what they like you to do like reading, AND DO IT.
That is going to give you the best results. :)

If your mom is like my mom, she'll find out you've been on the computer, and then you'll be in even bigger trouble, so I'd tell her. and do ur homework.
