this has been going on for a veery long time. whenever i practice at home, my sister would do anything from throwing cereal at me to making a lot of noise. her personal favorite is clapping or stamping really hard, throwing off my rhythm. even my metronome isn't loud enough! if she did this all the time, i wouldn't blame her. this attitude however only emerges when i practice. also, she's very careful in not letting my parents know whats up and denies the whole thing when i try to talk to them.

i hope i don't make her sound too bratty, but omg plz help me find a solution

She sounds jealous of your talent. Give her positive attention for the things she does well too - even just little things. You are older and can set the example of how a good sibling relationship can be.
Keep practicing - girls do grow up eventually.
