im not strong enough to take the steps i need to to take break up wiht my boyfriend... he is much older than i am, he is not for me. i dont know how to walk away... my sister says to do it slowly but i cant even do that... what do i do for support or help?

My fiance and I have our own home, and his parents have a key for emergency purposes or for when we're out of town and we ask them to water the plants. They have a habit of walking into the house whenever they feel like it though and its now to the point where they let themselves into the house when we're at work and they snoop through our belongings and change things in our home to suit what they think looks better. We've asked them to stop this and they continually say that since they are parents those boundaries don't apply to them.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you approach it without causing a big conflict over it? We don't want them to feel like they can never come over for a visit, but we'd like it if they kept their visits to times when we're actually there.

PS: We've thought of changing the locks or getting a chain with a key for across the door for when we're out, but then that would defeat the purpose of them having a key if theres an emergency.

I'm 17 and pregnant and my boyfriend just turned 18. He wants to get an apartment so I can go and live with him. My mother wont allow it because shes controlling. And I cant do anything because im underage, right? I just turned 17 too and I need to get away!! Not only that but my boyfriend is from Ecuador and isnt legal here yet. He was visiting for the summer when I met him. HELP ME.

my boyfriends ex e mailed me the other day to tell me congrats on the baby which is ok but she started the e mail out " hi this is jeremys friend jessica well actually im his ex girlfriend, i hope that doesn't detor you" she also wanted to make it a piont to tell me she is still close to his family but then she said she really wants to meet me and offered me her maternity clothes. im not mad or upset but i think its all a little weird to me. what do you think?

i got a good job and my own place (rented) i got my own car and a flat full of boys toys,gadgets and electrical equipment i paid loads for but worthless to sell. should i stay or sell the lot and run a restaurant in malta with my little sis have alot less money and start over again.. im 32 if that has any bearing on it and im single and my mum lives in malta too. i have family here but not as close as my mum and sis.. i feel pulled apart but gotta make a final decision

Well, Heres the thing. I well, as you might say that was wrong ran into my moms room when the phone rang cause I knew it was bout her best friends whos getting divorced, bla bla bla, so i went under the bed to listen. Then the shock of all my life, I heard her say, hwo am i suppose to tell the boys(my mom saying about her and my dad) which my mom was talking about her friends divroce, my mom was saying my boys don't know. Me and Dan (my dad) are just getting along bla bla bla so the kids don't know. Which made me rilize why they sleep in different rooms and don't really socialize togther. So that= which makes me sad if true, that they are divorced with out me and my brothers thought. So do you know of a website were i can search their names to see if the had gotten divorced?

Do you think they would of told me? Because they stopped sleeping in the same room about 2002-03. DO you think they would of told me? Or am I making a big wHo ha? Im 13 too.

my dad was trying to call my mom 3 times anbd she wasnt there. when she got home i was on the phone and my dad called. i told him she was busy and she wasnt. and i could not get to her fast probably. then he called and my dad told my mom. when he found out she wasnt busy, he fliped out. should i be grounded? he said he might.

We are pretty close with my husband's cousin and his wife. They both work- my husband works and I am a stay-at-home-mom. On my son's 2nd birthday, they sent him a package loaded with presents- 4 complete outfits from expensive department stores, plus two shirts, and a huge pillow/stuffed animal in the shape of a frog. They had to have spent at least $200 on everything, not including shipping from east coast to west coast. (We didn't even spend that much on his presents.)

There is no way we could ever reciprocate something like that, and it really makes me feel bad. I tried telling them (politely) that we appreciate the thought, but they don't have to buy all this stuff. This Christmas, we sent their 13 month-old daughter a few bath toys, an outfit, a Leapfrog toy, and a book. It all cost under $50. I just got their package in the mail today with gift receipts. I know they spent a large amount again by looks of the toys and clothing (and the size of the box.) What can I do?

my mum always said that i is the stupid girl because of my GPA in colleges is not good enough to her...she want the CGPA 3.5 above but i have problem with my classmates to study ....my classmates are the open mind people...but i dont like to social party so my friends make me feel low ...i want to talk to my mum my probleams but my mum dont understand what i need...

Ok listen to this, i made a pro football players myspace that lives in Indianapolis, IN. and his cousin (so the guy says) added me, and asked me if i was really him, and i said no i was a fake, so than we talked, (this guy lives in indy im guessing, becasue hes a big colts fan) and he asked me for my address so he could send me the card. And so i gave it to him, and TODAY! i get this ADT SECURITY evenelope addressed to ME! im a kid! why would i get that??? and it was from INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA! SHOULD I BE WORRIED?! and also, listen, nobody tell me that i shouldnt have gave my address out, theres nothing i can do about it now, but, it made me really think he was the pro football players cousin. the main thing is, should i be worried? do u think this is a sign?

well Iam pregnant 5 mnts tomorrow and I find out what my baby is tomorrow I'm hoping for a girl but if it does turn out to be a boy what are some opinions on cirumsization I really have no clue so it's nothing religious or something I think I need to get done I'm only thinking of the baby and so far the information I have leads to pretty much torcher but for the best of the baby is cirumsizing even for "the best"

I recently took my little sister under my wing and let her move in with me and my two year old daughter. She is 20 years old and has a decent job. While she was at home my mother did everything for her, like laundry and cleaning and she never had to do anything. Well, now that she is living with me I am noticing that she is expecting the same from me. I already have a two year old to clean up after and anyone with a two year old knows the mess they create. Now I am also coming home from working 9 hours and having to clean not only my daughters mess but my sisters mess as well. She never comes home at a decent hour to clean up her stuff so i have to do it so that my daughter doesn't get into it. She also never does any housework, especially dishes and I am starting to feel overwhelmed. I have told her that I need her to help out and clean but she just can't seem to do it. HELP!! How do I get her to help me out.

As part of my sister's Christmas gift I wanted to get her and her boyfriend a gift certificate to a movie theater, the problem is we live kinda far away from each other and none of the chains where she live have a location here and vise versa and it's to late to order one online, I don't really want to get a visa gift card does anyone else have any other ideas? Feel free to respond if you have a different gift idea all together, I'd really appreciate it.
