One thing you can do, if you live close enough, is take them out for Christmas dinner, that will save your stepmom from cooking, and give everyone a day out. It something that people like. If you live far away, buy a ticket for a show for the whole family to go to a play or to a museum. Something the whole family can enjoy together. Usually you can buy these tickets online.
