When the time to pay back comes and goes. Don't call you and when you try to call them they say don't call here or come here or you will go to jail. and they have money what should take them to small claims court, or just forget it i am poor they are not.

He's 9 years old, and anything you ask him to do, unless you chase behind him, he forgets and ends up wandering off doing something else.......ie: get dressed, clean your teeth, wash yourself in the bath.......

Though this is never the case when it comes to playing computer games/playstation etc. amazingly enough.......

I find I have to tell him the exactly the same things every day, it gets on my nerves and I know it gets on his..........

Any ideas??

My wife has not worked in 5 years since we were married. She said that she wanted to go to work to help out. Well since we just bought a new house and got into a $720 dollar mortgage payment I said ok. I could use the help but did not let her know that. Since she went to work, we have become distant, we do not have sex, do not talk except for hello and goodbye, and how much did you make this week. I don't know what happened. I thought it might be a little much on here working and being pregenant, so I tried to talk to her and tell her to quit and she said no nothing was wrong. I think something is wrong can any women help me with what is going on here.

What would be a memorable birthday present for someone who will be turning 21? Something that can be treasured/used for a long time to come and yet always remind one of the occasion and the giver's love?

What are words of encouragement and support should I give my boyfriend whos family is falling apart? His mom and dad is breaking up and he still has a brother and sister who is in school and now he is working for all of them (dad left and doesnt give child support, and lives with the other woman).
Our relationship is affected by this and he gets depressed... there is nothing else to do for him but be there for him. I should understand that there are times when he tends to neglect our relationship but I cannot blame him. I think Id be the same if I were in his shoes... I should understand right? What should I tell him? How can I help him get over this? I know in time things will be better, but he loses hope every now and then, especially when his dad comes over and messes everything...
I know its not my problem, but my boyfriend is my problem and I cant help but feel sad when he is sad... How to help cheer him up and not lose hope?

My parents are currently going through a divorce and it seems that unless I'm badmouthing my father, my mom assumes I'm on his side. She very untrusting and might be bipolar. Personally, I'm really sick of counseling her and would prefer if she would just stop talking about all of the negative issues in her life with me because obviously my words do nothing. What can I do? This is too stressful for me on top of everything else.

Any advice from someone in a similar situation would be nice.

Recently 17 yo sd came home and said that her bf's mom told her not to come over anymore and she did not want my sd to see her son anymore. My sd said that she had no idea why his mother was upset. I told hubby to check into it because it sounded odd that the mother would take a turn from adoring my sd to loathing her. He didn't check into it. Today a friend called and told me that she ran into my sd's boyfriends mom and that his mother told my friend that she caught my sd and her son in bed together. She has asked her to stop coming over but my sd continues. She is 17 and her bf is 15. How do i go about telling my husband? should i tell him? Or should I tell him that our friend has information on why my sd isn't wanted over at her bf's house anymore? Or perhaps I could tell her grandparents? I'm not sure what to do because i know he is going to take this hard. suggestions?

I moved away for 2 years and moved back home after finishing college. I'm turning 23 next month and live at home and dont really pay for anything. My mom doesn't charge me rent, food, utilties or anything. I can't afford a house but I'm starting to save for one. I can afford rent but it is ridicously high in Southern Cali and dont want to waste $1000 a month. So what's is the problem? Should I move out or stay at home? Whats the maximum age until its weird?

The only issue I see is when you tell a girl you live with your parents or when you try to bring a girl home; it can get embarassing

I took her to court, the judge took my side, I get him back, but only after the end of this school semester. It'll be close to Christmas!! The judge REALLY favors NOT taking a kid out of school, so he's stuck with the witch for two more months, she's trying to brain wash him, he's 15, she's using my child to hurt me, she doesn't care about him, I am concerned for his safety while he is there. How can the judge rule to keep him there. He's missing band, maybe track, he's the fastest kid in school, sets records every time he runs. WHAT CAN I DO!?!?!?!!??!

Were there any siblings? Were you surprised how alike you were both physically and charactistically? I found my birth father after 52 years and discovered 5 siblings. I was astounded just how alike we were not only physically but also our personalities were very similiar. They were all raised together but I was not only raised by someone else but in a different country.
