Ok well it is a bit embarassing to admit this but I know everyone else does it too so what the hell. So I was masturbating the other day and my dad walked in on me and kind of just sayed "Oh" and walked out quickly. The next morning he just acted like it never happened and I'm sure he found it as awkward as I did. I just went along with it because I wanted to act like it never happened too. But I still have noticed it's just a little stranger between us and I don't want it to be like that.

Should I talk to him about it? I really don't want to because it would be so awkward but I don't want it to be so weird between us. I'm not sure how to go about approaching him about it or what to say. Please help and give your opinion, I would really appreciate it.

When I was 17 my step dad did something very bad to me and I lost my family because I told a friend what happened and she told the school counselor. Then a domino effect of events happened. My mom didn't want to believe me so she told me she didn't ever want to see me again. I had a whole family. I had sisters, a brother and foster siblings that I loved so much. I got put into foster care and I pretty much haven't seen them since. I briefly saw them once but they were turned against me by my step dad so they never gave me a chance. However, I know deep down my mom knows that what I said was the truth. I could see it in her eyes. Years ago I used to call her to tell her that I loved her but she never said it back and she always held back from conversation. It hurt too much so I gave up. Luckily, I recently started to build some kind of relationship with my brother. It hurts to know that my mother is still with him after what he did to me. What can I do to have my family back? I

My neice is 7 years old and an adorable girl. However, lately she has started running away when she gets into an argument w/ her parents. The first time she decided to ride her bike to the lake which is over 4 miles away from her home. The police and everyone was involved. The second time she was on her way to my house and was caught by her mom before she got too far.

She is not abused by any sense. She comes from a very loving home. Her sisters are 13 and 5 years old. She gets along with them very well also. We have no idea why she is doing this. She is not spoiled but not deprived of anything at the same time. Her parents dont ever hit her as they dont believe in that. All of us in the family love this girl and her sisters a lot and she knows it.

We are all at a loss as to what to do. We are looking for SERIOUS replys only please. This is not a laughing matter by any sense.

My three year old little girl is starting to throw tantrums....she listens and behaves until the Grandmother comes to visit (not my mom) and then she's a handful for about a month or two. How do I perform the exorism in a timely, effective manner. She's usually very good.

that maybe i would have been there when he took his last breath. he was terminally ill, and he was in such pain one night that they doped him up pretty well and the next morning i woke up really early and i thought he was just sleeping in. but something felt different. like i felt emptier. and a thought ran through my mind "hm he's so quiet maybe he DIED" and it just didn't feel right thinking that but about an hour later my dad screamed that he was dead. and the coroner said that he had died early morning. and i keep thinking that maybe if i had gone in there when things started feeling not right, that maybe i could have told him i loved him before he died.
and now i am living with this extreme guilt and i don't know what to do because i can't see a counselor or anything. please help if you can and tell me what i can do to make the guilt go away.

i think my baby sister (who is 14) might have an ating disorder, she lives with my dad and i live with my mom, i havent seen her in about two months but just yesterday when i saw her i could have sworn she looked atleast 10-15 lbs skinnier, she also had circles around her eyes like she cries alot, i would talk to her about it but i dont know anything about eating disorders, but im so concerned about her

Is there any over the counter test that you can buy at a drug store that you can test your kid to see if he is smoking? I have a 15 year old I KNOW is smoking but I cant prove it. Don't say just talk to him...I have tried. His friends smoke and I know he is....I need to find out for sure.

i am starting to hear him cry at night, like he used to.
what is wrong with me?? i have been fine ever since he died last october. why all of a sudden am i starting to lose it, and hearing him.
and i can't stand anyone saying his name coz it's just like "HE'S DEAD, OKAY?! you don't need to talk about him anymore!" and i just get irritated whenever anyone even says his name.
please tell me what is wrong with me.
and why am i hearing him every night. like i WAKE UP to him crying, only it's not real.

I am a freshman in high school, already this one guy who is cute and he is a junior is always looking at me but i think he is to shy to come up and talk to me, or maybe thats how they all are. When my father was in his 20s, he had a bro that died in a farm accident. My grandparents had saved college money for their son that died. My grandparents put the money into an CD which was to be given to my dad's son (me) when I turned 18. I turned 18 on sep 10th when my mom told me about this CD and after i went to my dad's house (their divorced) he confirmed they had left me money. My mom gave me a statment from the year 2000 that said ther was $2890 in the account with an interest rate of 5.299% which adds up to around $3700. The problem is my dad transfered the CD into his bank account 3 days before I turned 18. I asked my dad about the money and he said there was only $2200 and he transfered $2200 into his bank account and he didnt know where my mother got the bank statement. My dad then yelled at me for talking to my mom about the money saying it was between grandma, him, and me. I logged onto his bank account and there was only 1 deposit for $3700. What should I do???

Ok, I have a niece, (she is actually my husband's niece) who is 14 years old and is having very bad behavior problems. She is almost failing school, she just got suspended for threatening to shoot the teacher, and we just recently found out she has been cutting herself on her arm. There are quite a few cuts. My husband talked to her today and asked her why she was cutting herself and she said a boy at school thought it was "cool." I know the reason is way beyond that. We have no idea how to get through to her. She has had a bad year. I won't say what but some things happened a few months ago and I know she is keeping a lot of emotions bottled up inside. The behavior problems started way before this. Lying, stealing from family members, using profane language towards her own parents. She was in counseling once and was kicked out because she threw a chair at the therapist. If you have gone through this (cutting, etc.) or know someone who has please tell me what we can do to help her.
