First off, how old are you? Are your parents still married?
Have you talked to your mother about your concerns? If you haven't, let her know that you are worried that she will be gone so much. Maybe she thinks that it doesn't bother you...let her know.

It sounds like this is a good opportunity for ur mother, I know it will be hard because she is always at work. Maybe the 2 of u could work something out where u could go with her once in awhile. Another thing tell her to start using her sick and personal days so the two of u can just hang out. She works alot and needs a reward and I am quite sure that u r a wonderful daughter, u need a reward also.

Give your mother some space.
She will burn herself out in a short period of time but just keep an eye on her and support her.
