if it bothers you so much. Tell her to put some damn clothes on then. she's your sister you know her better than anyone else. just stright out let her know it bothers you. you might tihnk it's hard to say. Because she might have been doing that for a long time. Just make sure you dont hurt her feelings to the point that both of you guys won't feel akward around eachother in the th aftermath.

Make sure all of the curtains and blinds are open. She may be less likely to stay undressed if people can see her. Unless you live in the country where there is no one around. In that case, you could take an empty camera and pretend to take pictures of her.

If you have to share space with her tell her she should respect that and put some clothes on when she walks around the house.

It may be a phase your sister is going through and she feels secure when she is around you. You might try asking her to put something on in case your friends stop by unexpectedly.

Tell her to put her clothes on. Tell her you don't need to see her 'goodies'.
Opening all the windows and blinds would help too. Invite your friends and the neighbor kids in too.
