i luv mum n dad 2 bitz but i feel kinda stiffled n want 2 b financially independent.u think i should leave em as i think they'll b hurt.

and/or how exactly she has helped shape who you are as a person? i recently emailed my mom, (she is in the states and i am overseas) and she said i made her cry and i thought to myself "gosh, have i been neglecting to tell her how much she means to me?"
do you, in general, think we should go out of our way to tell our loved ones just how loved they are, all the time? or do you think after awhile it seems to lose it's meaning?... like your trying to hard ....? just curious... my mom and i have a sordid past, but i love my relationship with her now that i'm an adult...

My son is five years old. Suddenly on Saturday he obtained a fever of 103.3. I gave him tylenol. It only came down to 102.0, so i started alternating the Tylenol with Motrin. Since that time the lowest that it has been is 100.9, and it usually goes right back up within the four hour difference in meds to 101.2- 101.9. He's got complaints of his neck hurting when he turns it from side to side and abdominal pain. He has a very poor appetite, and Im pushing pedialyte as much as I can. No vommiting or diarrhea. Im wondering if I should take him to the ER, with the holiday tommorow the MD wont be in the office. Im nerveous about waiting three days with fever to see the MD. He has a hx of juvenille polyposis coli. (His bowels spontaniously make polyps) I dont think that there is any corelation. HELP!!!

I have come across Q&As regarding incest and it's appalling to see that some people mention certain areas in the US when they discuss about incest...for example if a person asks an incestuous query the answerer may ask him "ARE You from West Virginia" etc...Im not from the US but pls.let me know whether there is a connection between incest and certain parts of USA..it's really interesting...pls reply...

If you were a HS student from a middle-class family and you were trying your best in all your IB classes (kind of like AP classes except you have to take AP for all main subjects) but managed to get C's in most of them. In 3 of them, you made so many stupid mistakes that you got a C. In addition, all the subjects/activities you used to be strong in, you aren't anymore. Also you can't keep most of the promises you make unless they are very very important. You already have low self-esteem, and you now believe that you do more harm than good. You are ridden with guilt, fear, and stress; you also feel incompetant because you are unsure of whatever you do unless you know how to do it on your own.

I know that I have a better life than some people but I just screw things up so much unintentionally that I can't help but think what I will screw up in the future. For all I know, I could accidently kill someone in a car.

Ive never seen my birth certificate, but i think that blood tests prove that were brothers. Anyway, my brother looks completely different from me. If you look at all of our old pictures, I look nothing like him when i was in 3rd grade as compared to when he was in third grade. Also, I'm short, fat, somewhat dumb, and loud, while he's tall, slim, smart, and silent. Can anyone explain this?

Im 17 years of age. I live with my parents and I do not want to move out. Im a really good kid, I have plans for the future. After I grad I want to become a Cop. (I live in Canada) im just not sure if my parents expect me to move out after I as soon as I graduate. I know alot of my friends still live at home some of them are up to like 20 years of age. Im just not sure if most parents expect there kids to move out right away or what. This had not occured to me untill about a month ago and now im semi freaking out. Because I really do not feel ready to move out yet. Although I still have a hole year left in school. Its still a scary thought

I know I do no sound like most people my age lol. But I really dont want to move out. Im not really into partying/drinking etc. I dont cause trouble I dont see why my parents would want me out they have not even given me a hint they do. Im just sorta freaking out my self

I swear, I have tried everything. It's getting worse and I don't really help matters. I'll admit it, he goes and goes until I freak out. What am I supposed to do? Anyone have the same experience out there? Any new or different ideas I may not have tried? And how do I not freak out, I try walking away but he will yell down the hall forever, like 20 min. HELP

Okay, not actually a family member. My stepdad. I can't stand him. He's always complained about me to my family, saying I'm uneducated, I'm not motivated, blah, blah,blah. Then I find out later he was talking crap about me. I feel like I hate seeing him with my mother, and I can't stand when she's affectionate with him, because he's an asshole. Should I just live well, and show him he was wrong? Or should I just do it for me, and not to prove anything to him. He should talk, right? He has an AA degree, and he's a janitor. At least I have ambition in life. It's taken me a little longer to figure out what I want, but I'm on the right track.

First of all if those of you that did not read the whole story should not be so freaking mean. If I could get a job I would. Like I said in the first thing I wrote I have a disabled child who has hydrocphalus, epilepsy, Asthma, and AD/HD. He is seven years old he has had 9 surgeries within the last 10 months and had 20+ brain and back surgeries. Him being sick keeps me from having a job. I am not asking for hand out from nobody I was asking how can we get help to make him comfortable because he is growing and want his own room. Because of his epilepsy he can't sleep by himself or bath himself. So he sleeps with me, his father and brother. It is a shame how people can be so cruel to other individuals. The first thing you say is get a job and don't know that person story. But if something happen to you then what. My son did not asked to be born no. We did not know that he was going to be disabled. No one knows if their child will have disabilities.

What would you do if you felt like your family treated you like an outsider, I’m not rich, they don’t like my husbands life & job choices, (he a Christian & security guard) they think my kids are heathens, (because no matter what I do they don’t listen to me) but they wont help me, even when I ask for help. We are poor; they are well off & can do & spend all they want. My parents look at me as a failure because I’m not as successful or educated like my younger siblings (I’m the oldest) they involve each other in stuff, but not me. My sister has kids and so do I, she can dump her kids off to have fun, I cant. I went to a family birthday party and when introducing people no one introduced me to them. I’m not fat or ugly. I’m not dirty or rude. Many times I feel they treat me bad just because my husband can’t afford for us to live like they do. Even when he tried to succeed and fails at it that all they see. i feel only if i dovorce him would they care. i wont do that to suit them.
