make her tree - dress her in green forck or get ready made dress of tree and teach her to speak about importance of tree or tach her simple sentance "keep your city clean and green".
make her news paper - take any news paper make roll from it as per the size of your kid, and ask her to speak about importance of news paper.
make her goddess of peace- dress her in white colour dress and tell her few sentance about peace.

You can dress her up like SODI AMMAYI and train her to chant Sodichaputanamma sodi. Let her go on the stage and tell that this school has very bright future.It will get the best school award in the state this year. so on and so on add as much you can and as much your child can enact properly. Best of luck. SODI is a Telugu word. If you dont know telugu find the details from some of your telugu friends.

Send her as a lady bug. Make some wings out of cardboard (and elastic, to put her arms through). All you'd need to do is paint it black with red dots. Get a headband, and stick a couple of red pipecleaners (I think that's what they're called) on it, with a little red pom-pom on the end. Dress her in all black, with black shoes, and there you go! If you like, you can even paint her arms and face with big red circles, but make sure you use water paint, or make-up - something that will be easy to wash out at the end of the day. Good luck!

Get a mask, put it on at the back of her head and dress her up as a back to front person. Then send her on stage to dance and sing---it looks funny, and sends the audience into splits.
