Like Colleen said. You need to try to keep her up during the day, except naptime. You must let her cry at night. As long as you know she has been fed, changed, and properly clothed for the night, leave her be. It takes UP TO 2 weeks for them to figure it out. You will be a much happier/ better mommy when you both are on a schedule. Good Luck

That is something terrible. I remember that one. The answer is very simple, I just wish that I had known it with my first one.

KEEP YOUR SCHEDULE.

That is the big trick. Simple, huh? Sounds easy to say but is much harder to do? Something like that, right? I know. Sorry.

Offer her naps at a regular time, during the day. Keep her up. Don't let her sleep except for naps. As for the night. Change her diaper, when need be, burp her and feed her. Otherwise, leave her be-in her crib. The next day will be difficult because she will want to sleep, so will you. Don't let either one of you. Except her nap time. You'll need one also. Sleep but make sure that both of you are up AND STAY UP after sleepy time is over. Do whatever makes her stay awake. Play together. Whatever. At night you will both sleep. Trust me.
This will get easier.
I wish you all the best and I hope that you have a lot of strength because, as you know, it is hard to ignore your crying baby.

prepare to be very tired, during the day you need to keep her awake. you may need someone else to help you. It won't hurt her but she will be cranky all day. The night comes she will sleep and should be awake the next day. aside from a few short naps.

This is an old wives tale. But suposedly the cure is to flip them over and and have them face the opposite side of the crib.

You are going to have to keep her awake during the day and let her slip slowly into the night schedule. She will fight it at first but be patient and she will adapt.
