With the way the world is today. It's been said that, knowing exactly who lives next door to you can be very important. While a lot of us want to stay off to ourselves with the thinking "i'll mind my business, if you mind yours" But with the new stats of how many rapists,child molesters and neighborhood crimes that go on these days. How important is it to you to know or get to know your neighbors? I had a close friend tell me a while back.. "well you and I live in an upscale neighborhood so we don't have to worry about that" and three weeks after she said that, a husband in her neighborhood (that she and her husband knew very well) killed his enitre family and then turned the gun on himself. These days no neighborhood is safe from violence. It just happens more frequently in some neighborhoods than others.

okay so my dad is half black half mexican & my mom is half japanese and half chinese. i live in an upperclass prodominatly white suburb. i got to an all white school (we have like 3 black kids) and im sooo tired of getting called a white girl by my black cousins. i know im not ms.ghetto or whatever and thats not what i want but i dont wanna be the white girl anymore. even white kids call me this! what to do...?

This happened to my sister. She found out that her husband molested me when I used to babysit for them. I was 13, he was in his 30's. She has made excuses for him, such as "He is from a different culture, they treated women differently where he is from". and "You didn't look 13. You looked older". She is very upset with me......not him. I go around feeling guilty constantly. I have nightmares every night. She accuses me of wanting her to leave him, which I have never told her to do. I just don't want to be around him. But, when I tell people about this, I get the same reaction. People are shocked that she has stayed with him. What would you do?

..really blind? The reason I'm asking is..

I think my cousin is lying to us. He lives in a different country, and they always ask us to send them money. We try to help them as much as we can, but when they said my cousin is blind and needs a lot of money for hospital and stuff, we continued to send them money.

But when I went back, I saw him acting pretty normal. Like crossing the street just fine. I mean, he tried to act like he's blind like mis-reading the karaoke screen while he's singing, and carrying around with him a magnifiying glass. He says he's not totally blind, but his vision is just very very blurry, blablabla. He says he's been to several hospitals all over the country, but no doctors can diagnose him. He says he has to use a special kind of computer screen so the words appear larger. He can't finish school like the rest of his friends because of it. Blablabla..

I have a close friend, she's simply so beautiful, the most beautiful girl I've ever seen, and she's 17. She lives with her mother, and nobody knows who her father is. Now I simply love her and I really wanted to be her boyfriend, but she said that she had no interest in boys and told me that she's lesbian. Okay, I can understand it. It's about preference. But then she told me that her first time is her MOTHER and she did it all the time with her, and she never make it with anyone else. When I asked her why, she told me that she and her mum never believed in any man, that they believed that all male are suck, and women are always kind to them. It probably has something to do with the girl's father. And she made it with her mum as an expression of immense love between the two ladies. Well, you might think that they're both hate all man but no, as a matter of fact I could be her close friend and her mum's very kind to me. What do you think of them? I'm now looking for a girlfriend.

If just found u had a lil sis age13 about six months ago from ur dad who is dead but u hated. Would u call every one in a while. just found my older brother in January and its July we haven't met yet. I know i am only 13 but i've always a older brother to look up to.To protect from boys and be the father figure i neva had. I didn't ask him for anything. But it breaks my heart to know he doesn't even want to try to get to know me. Even if he hates our dad he doesn't have to hate me.Heck he even got to know our dad but our dad died when i was only 13 months old. Every time i think about it, i wished i neva found him in the first place. He's 37 now

I MET MY GUY 23 YEARS AGO, WE FOOLED AOUND A COUPLE OF YEARS, HE WAS 36 AND I WAS 17. WE BEEN BACK TOGETHER 8 YEARS COME OCTOBER AND WE,RE TALKING ABOUT GETTING MARRIED, BY THE WAY I'M 40 AND HE'S 59. HE HAS A DAUGHTER THATS 27 AND SHE'S BEEN HERE 6 YEARS AND SHE HAVE A SON THATS 5. TWO YEARS AGO HE GAVE HIS SON A 1,000 DOLLARS TO CATCH UP WITH HIS MORTGAGE AND HE STILL LOST HIS HOUSE, SO HES BEEN HERE FOR TWO YEARS, HIS DAUGHTER JUST FINISH COLLEGE BUT SHE NEEDS TO PASS THE STATE TEST FOR NURSING, SHES FELLED IT TWICE. HIS SON WENT TO SCHOOL FOR A ASSOCIATE DEGREE AND JUST TOOK GENERAL STUDIES, HE DID'NT MAJORED IN NOTHING,
