Since it's a good occasion (New Years).. is it alright for a 13 year old girl to have a few sips of champaigne?

i see no problem with it
unless your parents dont want you to it is up to them if you have a few sips of champagne or not

I think that a couple of glasses of champaigne would make your New Year's celebration a heaven on Earth. I don't drink alcohol, I like having a good time feeling the power of happiness without the indulgence of depressive drugs like alcoholic substances. But, you my friend, probably have a long road toward realizing that if you're already fantasizing about alcohol at 13. God bless you, you'll need it.

I can't believe the answers here! Of course a 13 yr old shouldn't be drinking alchohol.... no matter what the occasion....
