I have been asked to lie in court about something that I know for a fact isn't true.. and I just cannot do it. Am I doing the right thing? I already sort of told a white lie by telling the defendant's attorney the lie but I didn't know I'd be supoenaed to tell this lie in front of a judge and God! So, I'm going to go to court and tell the truth.. What would you do? Am I going to get in trouble for lying to the attorney in the first place?

My ex and his brother are completely opposites. I've always been cool with his brother and never had feelings for him. He would check up on me to see how I was doing and sometimes I would check in on him and his daughter (this is while I was dating my ex). Yesterday I went to see my ex's brother at his job. I hung out at his store then afterwards we went out for drinks. Were TOTALLY on the same page with a lot of things and I like that, it's a good feeling. When leaving we hugged (a close hug) and I don't know what he was feeling, but I wanted to kiss him, but it's like I almost knew better and just couldn't, he's my ex's brother.

What should I do? I know that I have feelings for him, like something could be there. Him and my ex have each others back when it comes down to it, but they don't really talk.

When is this boundary okay to cross, if it is? If it isn't please explain why.

I have three sons 15-14-9 the two olderones have been driving crazy this school year constant calls home detention suspension. If not one the other or sometimes both. My 14 loves pushing peoples buttons and getting negative attention and wont stop he said he doesnt know why he does what he does I have him in counseling but he has the counselor fooled. I had to tak ehim out of hi sschool and put him in another school because he was so caught up in dram athat he was causing and couldnt seperate himself from. what can I do? The other the 15 is always lieing o me and talking loud to me when he is mad at me. He has a very active social life and is well liked at school unlike my other son. This year he seems to be in the principles office alot with talkign innapropratie to girls horse playing. I told him it needs to stop and he says he will but he still goes and does the same thing again. He has been in the trouble 13 times already this school year.

that I hate when he compares me to his ex-wife? Like when we fight and I make a face or a reaction, he says that I do the same thing she did and thats why he divorced her. He also claims that sometimes I behave the way she does. Its very hurtful that he tells me those things bc I am not like her at all, but he doesnt seem to think that it's a big deal.

Ok my life is in dissere ( not sure if that's the right spelling , or the meaning for that matter )

I am 25- I have no life. - My parents are to blame- But I just wanna survive now - Forget them !
I am sick and tired of my father who is an emotionally abusive a-hol@ , and my mom just goes along with it as if there is nothing wrong.

Now my brother . he's the biggest a-ho#e of all of them ,( Also an emotional blackmailer like my mom and dad ) Recently my dad tried to get mad at me for the simplest thing and then he chased after me with a knife scaring me . So i called the cops on him . They came and arrested him and found out the knife that he was holding.

This happened few months ago on september.The Court gave me an order of protection against him . Today I was talking to my mother after along time because I was in serious need for some money and she helped me in the morning. I took the help only because I felt like using her once for everything I went thru and

My in laws just informed me that they would be coming for the weekend and I have a ton of stuff to do. 2 parties (1 is really important) a ton of shopping and errands as I have been out of town. My husband has the same. Now, we'll waste a day cleaning and all that.
How much is one expected to give up for a last minute visit? Also, any tips on appraoching them about this being not enough notice? It's sort of happened in the past.

I have been seeing this guy nearly a year and have not met his children. They are a big part of his life and I would like to get to know them too. He says his ex doesn't want them around any other women, and I understand that. But should I take the hint that he is maybe not serious enough about us to take it to that level? As I was saying, i like him, & Im fine wen were all alone & all, but wen were around other people, he flirts with the girls!! It pisses me off, although I don't show it, so I turn around & talk to the girls he ISNT flirting with to pretend like I don't give a damn and that I could care less if he flirts with girls.
