Here is the deal... my parents are completely dependent on her to care for the house, my disabled grandmother and my little brother. She is attending night school to accommodate them. She got into drugs and sex and self mutilation a few years back, though I didn't know it. My father verbally and emotionally abuses her, calling her fat, telling her she can't do anything, etc. He's putting her through the hell I've been through!

Maybe she can become an emancipated adult. She can considered an adult by law if she files for it some kind of way. . . GoodLuck!

if your folks will allow it, which i doubt considering whats going on, just move her in. if your folks are against it but you really want her there and believe it's in her best interest, you'll most likely have to take it to a judge. call an attorney and ask him/her. they can give you far better answers than i can. good luck with this.
