My family is big on family events. Like my aunts always complain if one family is not there for their event (ex. showers, weddings, baby showers...etc) the thing is I attained every stupid funciton they had and now its my turn to get married and have a shower and now none of them want to come to my shower. I feel like I did something wrong. I went to everything they had and got nice gifts for them or brought something for the occasion they were celebrating. I know I am wining about it but I just feel like they owe me for going to their things. I don't care if they buy me something...I don't care...i just want them there for how i was there for them. Thats all. It wouldnt matter to me if it was a something silly like a just because party, it bothers me because its my wedding shower and my godmother aunt will not attain and for something religious you would think she would be there because missed out on my commiuion and such. i attained their things, i just want to attain mine.

i thought we were cool, i work with him and have hung out with him before, he compliments me sometimes saying i have a pretty face,and my hair looks nice, and i have a pretty smile, but hes mean sometimes, he 's full of himself and he thinks i like him, although i think he's cute , but he's taken..he still once in a while makes sexual jokes, like i was soaked in water one day ,but i had two shirts on so i didnt feel it and he said "you cant feel when you're wet?" with a little grin on his face, he stares at my breasts and has made comments about them.. then he teases me b/c i have a hamster and he thinks it weird and makes jokes about it and thinks i'm stupid, he can be soo nice to me sometimes but likes to put on a show in front of people.he hurted my feelings today calling me dumb and he was trying to make it up to me b/c he knew he got me upset.but what did i do to him? i dont talk to him unless he talkes to me.i told him to leave me alone today and he said he couldnt be ignored

My sister and brother are in a tiff with me because they think I am not listening to them and become abusive when they push their point. I find that they are not listening to me even though I present evidence about the abuse by my x and also my childhood, and that it was not my fault. They dont seem to hear that point and keep on with theirs, that I should have gone back to them because I was the abuser. Now grant it, I did verbally abuse my mom after she did so much pyschological damage to my brother sis and dad, and I just wanted her to stop. I want to be fair to my bro and sis and listen to them, because they say it is abusive if I do not but for some reason, I just want to blow them away with words again and cannot listen to their reality. They consider this abuse and it is verbal anger I think about them wanting me to accept their positiion even,I have information which differs from theirs. They think I am the original abuser of mom and als them, x, Iget nowhere. &freak out

My wife and I have been married for 17 Years and she was rape before I met her at a very young age.
When we got married it was hard to kiss her or get close to her and her eyes when shes kissing kind of like panic mode.

We fought all the time about her be able to make full love and 2 and a half years later I cheated on her nad I did not tell her until we were on our 8 year of marriage.

She said that she forgave me and 17 years later I find that she has not and she also cheated on me butthis past year and feel in love with another kind which he wants nothing to do with her.

She dont feel like we have anything left in our marriage be she is also full of anger and hate from when I cheated.

She says we dont have anything left but she wont call it off and we have 3 wonderful daughters involved.

i messed up a few months ago,i fessed up to my man about it. he made the dumbest comment about how white women dont cheat on black men. women cheat period black, white, asian whatever i just need to hear what yall say. I've seem a post where a guy said he dated these huge girls because they were white and I can only gather from that that it made him feel like a worthy human being. I thought that was sad that he thought he was worthless or not a person without a white partner to make him look presentable to the world.

Could this be true for some black guys? What is the real reason they go for these girls?

Since January of this year, I have been in touch with a male coworker from a job I left in November. It was nothing more than a one or two minute phone call once a week. Maybe twice, but not likely. Simply a check in, all good, great & take care. I did not tell my husband about the contact, he doesn't inform me of his contacts so why should I. He recently became aware of the calls because he checked the cell phone records. Now, since he has been guilty in the past of infidelity he is putting that on me. He thinks the quick phone calls mean I was involved in a physical relationship. Also that I don't know if this person has a girlfriend or not. I didn't care that deeply to ask. I don't think there is anything else. What is your thought on this? I can't be completely off base in thinking his rational is over the edge. Okay, I didn't tell him - but I'm not sleeping with the guy!
